Breakfast too expensive. Also Fondue was fair in taste, but expensive. Swimming pool was crowded all the times with children splashing without control, not easy to make a single swim. Jacuzzi was overcrowded also. As a awkward situation, they confused the key-room number and when I checked-in there was somebody sleeping already.

Food was good, but too expensive.

Staff was not always that friendly, with some of them it clearly depended on their mood which is a no go when working in a hotel in my opinion. Diner in the restaurant was just awful, but this is something in the region we noticed, rather hard to find good places to eat. We had a special request which was confirmed twice by the hotel via Booking but it was not taken into account on arrival. The blonde lady at the reception helped us out very professionally though.

Rooms were great. Isolation was very good, never heared any neighbour guest or noise. Very nice bathroom with step in rain shower and two bathroom sinks, good hot water after a day of skiing. Also separate toilet in the room, big plus. The bar with the seats was also great to close the day with a drink. Breakfast was very nice, price quality speaking.

Food in the restaurant was a bit pretentious, kinda silver service.

Room very spacious and well arranged. It had a couple of bunk beds presumably to accommodate kids. Good bathroom, wet room. Separate toilet.

No towels provided in the swimming pool, this is standard in all hotels we stay so I was shocked after getting in my swimming suit and having to go back to the room to get towels.

Bathrooms were amazing. Staff in the restaurant where very friendly.

    Expensive restaurant.

Lovely pool area. Great space in the room. Very clean. Modern and functional bathroom. Not sure what it would be like in peak season.

Sauna is not automatically on at foreseen time. You need to call reception from pool area in order to get it on and then wait 1h before it's become hot.

Nice swimming pool and sauna. Clean room. Amazing view from balcony.

Staff could be more helpful in explaining how to get to your room, to the swimming pool, the fact that a bathrobe is available for use, the fact that there is a parking with a gate etc etc. We had to ask or find out... no information was given spontaneously.

    Accomodation and facilities are fine.

Room layout wasn't great. Room, Swimming pool and Wellness area are kind of worn out.

The people were very friendly and helpful. The Room was clean. Nice restaurant and bar. Close to town center.

Staff were not that helpful....maybe it was because of the language barrierl There was no fridge or kettle in the room. There was only one iron in the whole of the hotel.

    Restaurant food was good

The sometimes abrupt nature of the restaurant staff. The sauna and steam room was switched off, what's the point of having it?

    - No fridge, but it was so cold outside we just put drinks/food on the balcony - About 20 minute drive to the actual ski area - Pool closed early (9pm) - Breakfast definitely not worth the price, recommend going elsewhere

    - Great wifi - Huge rooms - Closely located to supermarket downtown and right across the street from an awesome French bakery (try the seafood quiche!!!!) - Lots of free parking
