Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

the lift stops are mid floor and hard for elderly
Tho the rooms were small, they were clean and the bed was comfortable . The shower stall was very small but again, very clean bathroom . The breakfast was average . There are good restos nearby . Staff was courteous :)

The lift stops between floors, which is inconvenient with heavy luggage.

Everything was good value for money, only problem i had was the door to the bathroom in my room, they couldn't be closed properly, just some slide door, didn't like that.
Pleasant staff, good location, comfy place.

The basic room is 9 m2. This is really too little for two people. Two years ago, I stayed in a slightly larger room for the same price, booked under the same terms. I think they changed the room pricing. I used to consider this hotel great for the quality/price ratio, but now I am disappointed.
I stayed in this hotel twice and I recommend it for its location as it is close to Gare de Lyon and Gare d'Austerlitz. Public transport also allow a good connection all over the city as well as outside Paris.

Unfortunetely rooms
Localization is very convinient due to neibouring of Austerlitz station - long-distance trains, RER C, 2 subs in walking distance, however the noise level in rooms from site of train station is significant.

• It's not cheap: a very small room cost £140 per night excluding breakfast. • The "cozy double" is basically a double bed and very little other space. Even the toilet is jammed into a very small space. • The noise: the walls are very thin. You can hear literally everything... • Unfortunately the Gare d'Austerlitz metro was closed for 6 months. This meant a fair walk to Gare de Lyon for the metro. Not the hotel's fault but still an issue that affected the location. • The lift wasn't working on several occasions - and I was on the 5th floor.
• Staff were very courteous and helpful. When I had a problem with the shower, they fixed it very quickly. • Breakfast was good value for money. • Bed was comfortable enough. • Good selection of very local restaurants (fantastic sushi!) • Monoprix just along the road.

The bathroom (shower stall) is small.

The pillow cotton was formed to coagulate and the city 2024 hotel tax you need to pay separate at the hotel per night.
Everything was perfect. The room Space. necessary facilities.

The hotel was rather noisy. There seemed to be a party going on until early morning on Friday. There was also the sound of running water quite frequently through the pipe.
The hotel was bery clean with a loy of amenities. The cofee and water bottle daily were great. The location was good too, with many restaurants nearby.

I wish they had more tea/coffee facilities in the room and maybe a mini fridge to keep drinks/milk for hot drinks.
Good location, easy to get around the city. Good restaurants surrounding the hotel. Good value for money hotel. Rooms were very clean and had everything you needed for a 2-3 day stay. Good metro connections

It didn't have hot water for the shower and it was disappointing because it is December with cold weather so a nice hot shower is needed. Also, very noisy corridor (but this is not hotel's fault)
The location was really convinient as it was next to the metro station. Comfortable room with very nice matress and duvet! Also, very clean!!!
