No long-term storage (needed 2 days but was offered only a few hours). Shower head sprayed everywhere. Very tiny room. Only 1 luggage rack between 2 travellers. No sheet changing over 5 nights? Towels changed when asked.

Close to Gare du Nord and laundromat and numerous food options. Windows opened. Quiet. Has a lift / elevator (small but functional). Beds very comfy

There was nothing not to like - Everything was fantastic.

Fantastic location just a few minutes walk to train station, metro and numerous shops & restaurants nearby. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely clean comfortable room. Great value for money - Would definitely stay here again.

The bed had plastic protector which made me sweat and the sheets damp. In the Bathroom the shower trap was loose and could have been a trip hazard. The Breakfast Room was rather stark and uninviting.

The location was perfect and the reception staff were very friendly and professional. The check in process was pre done on line which made the process much easier. I would recommend this Hotel if you’re in Paris and need to be close to Gare du Nord.

This is a modern and clean hotel in an excellent location for the Gare Du Nord, and with excellent public transport options to get into both central and outer Paris very quickly. The rooms are clean, modern, sound-proofed and well-equipped, including having a kettle and Nexpresso machine. The staff are very pleasant.

The only thing we did not like was having to pay extra city tax on arrival. This was on top of the tax included on the booking.com website amount.

The Hotel was well looked after and clean, easy to find and all the facilities in the rooms were good. The property was in a good location. We liked the proximity to The Gard du Nord train station and The Metro.

Kettle in the room was broken but was quickly swapped.

Easy to find, 5 mins walk from Gare du Nord train station. Great location, easy walk to Metro. Good base for the whole of Paris. Nice clean room and friendly staff. Will be visiting again.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

We stayed here for three nights and really loved it. The location is perfect, the room was small which is typical for Paris but clean. The best part was our balcony and the view. We will definitely come back!

Very near the euro star station in a lovely area. Staff were very helpful, room was lovely with dressing gown, slippers and coffee pods a nice touch. We had a lovely stay.

Room service ie cleaning too late in the afternoon. Our return to hotel after a days walking and visiting was met by no room service or interrupted once we were trying to rest.

I love all, the receptionist was very nice but one of the cleaning staff mad to me because i accidentally make the toilet on the basement level's floor wet.

Only small things, not even something that we particularly disliked. The hose of shower head was leaking and the hairdryer will never dry your hair as it is not strong enough. Again, these didn’t ruin our stay:-) The only thing that I would like to mention is staff strange behaviour about the payment that they didn’t find in the system then asked us to contact booking.com. Well, once I had the proof to show them they should have contacted booking not me. I also have to mention that apart from this strange start, they were all very nice, kind and lovely people as you could read in previous feedback. So no hard feelings at all:-)

Location, comfort, cleanliness They say room is small, it was perfect size for us. Room facing busy road therefore noisy, once the windows closed you hear nothing so it wasn’t noisy for us. Spotless clean, coffee, tea, biscuits in the room every morning. Little fridge very handy. Very comfortable bed! Honestly, we didn’t have any problems with this hotel at all. Thank you for tidying our room every day and changing towels!❤️
