    Room on the small side.

Great views of the castle/village from the room little balcony. Comfortable bed. Parking. Enjoyed my overnight stay and the evening meal, with local provenance listed. Friendly personnel, efficient unpretentious service at reception and at the table.

    Nothing.

The hotel is very well well run by charming, friendly and courteous staff. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had a lovely view over hills and woods from the two large windows. It was so quiet, we could sleep with the windows open and hear only birdsong. Coffee on the two sheltered terraces (back and front) was a delight and the restaurant was good, too.

Bed was too low to the ground. TV stuck out into the room so it was difficult to get around the bed. Najac is an interesting, ancient town but there are very few services in the town itself.

Comfortable bed. Moderately large room with attached bath. Nice view of the mountains and valley. Najac itself is kind of a dump but is very centrally located for visits to many other places.

The room was rather small but it was perfectly clean and had a view overlooking the valley.

The position of the hotel right at the entrance to old Najac with a view across to the castle. The meal in the hotel was of gourmet standard. Wonderful! The staff were efficient, very friendly and helpful.

Room rather basic and very warm-no air conditioning available. Bathroom floor very slippery when getting out of shower/bath

Great atmosphere & buzz dining outside. Staff so lovely-especially the lady running the front of house in the restaurant- so accommodating with all customers despite being so incredibly busy. Best value meal of the holiday.

There's only one dinner option in Najac & that's this hotel at the present season (Oct) & being fine dining it's expensive - unless you're happy with a panini at the local bar down the road. No negatives for the hotel itself.

Great view of the chateau from room window. Great location in centre of town. Excellent restaurant if you're looking for fine dining.

Everything. This inn located in a small town has a lot of charm and personality. The food in the dining room is incredible and served with a lot of flair and style. Not to be missed. The room is pleasant, clean, and comfortable. We wish we had stayed one more day. Najac is beautiful.

Lack of facilities. Ie: kettle coffee/tea making your own, facilities in the room. Room seemed to be advertised larger than it actually was. Had to climb over toilet and up into shower, would be awkward for older persons very smal confined space.

Terrible unsympathetic decore. Looks tired but is obviously well used. Not terribly friendly reception but we do not speak french well so may be reason. Meal in restaurant was relatively expensive for France and was a real mess of unnatural flavours. Chef is trying hard but really the flavours do not compliment.

Original exterior facing chateau. They gave us a room on third floor with windows and a view over valley which was nothing special but we appreciated it.

The shower did not work well and should have been fixed before we entered the room. There were no washcloths for washing. The towels were adequate but thin. They charged for breakfast 11 euros given the price the breakfast should have been included. A most I would give this hotel 2 stars and not more.

The beds were very good and comfortable. The air conditioning worked as it was very hot that day. The food was excellent for lunch. My husband ordered a lamb type stew which was very dry and had been overcooked and the service replaced it. I had excellent fish which was cooked very well and it was worth the price.

Room was very small but fine for a one night stay.

Our room had a balcony overlooking the town square and up to the castle on the hill, an amazing outlook. We loved the restaurant, had dinner and breakfast there, both were very good. It is a very popular restaurant beyond just hotel guests.
