The location was superb, quiet and secluded. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even arranging a last minute dinner booking for us, and the food was out of this world! If you stay, you must eat here. Breakfast was also great. We stayed for one night and the room was clean and comfortable with air-conitioning which was needed in early August! Overall a great place, and one we woud recommend.

Breakfast could be improved. They store everything, ham, cheese hard boiled eggs, fruitsalade, etc in a very cold fridge. We ate one night in the restaurant and that was not good. My sons had a hamburger with goatcheese on which they put tzatziki! Not so nice. I had a fish which tasted not fresh. The vegetable pie on my plate was pitchback!

Loved our room, family suite on the groundfloor, with a big private terras. The pool was nice and large and the garden was lovely. The breakfast had fresh orange juice.

Restaurant on site was very convenient as alternatives are fair distance to town. Found some of the dishes a little over spiced, a little too much turmeric, and "southern" flavoring for French food. Please note, this is a minor criticism for an overall great experience.

Modern new hotel with great amenities and restaurant and beautiful garden. Good location if you want to spend a few days exploring Nimes and surrounds.

Location is a bit remote and certainly not walkable anywhere. If you want a quiet restful place this hotel will be perfect for you. If you want to be near local amenities or villages then maybe not.

Interesting location. You drive through Collias and down a side road for about a mile. Hard to believe a hotel would be there, but there it is!

Reception staff were very good and our room was upgraded for free! Excellent modern features like motion lights to save electricity. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Both were very good, and the staff worked so hard to accommodate everyone.

The breakfast choice is very limited for the price of 12 EUR, it is quite expensive compared to other hotels nearby with the similar price.

We booked a junior suite room because we were travelling with 1 kid and 1 baby at this restaurant hotel. The property owner is very friendly, helpful and attentive. They understand the needs of young family with small kids. We dined in the half-way and told them that we need to go up to the room because our children were very tired. They reacted well and brought up the remaining ways of dinners to our room. The swimming pool is very clean and the location is calm and beautiful.

Thinking about what we didn't like I really can't think of items beyond that perhaps I don't like the fence around the pool but I fully appreciate that families with smaller kids need that fence, so that's fine too.

This was an absolutely fantastic experience also we just stayed for 1 night on the way back. But we definitely will be back soon for a few days. The staff is exceptionally nice and friendly, smiling and very efficient too. The room was great too and very functional. We had dinner in the Restaurant and this was outstanding too. Well, all in all really more than a great choice.

We were greeted by a lovely member of staff upon our arrival, we received some great tips, and she served us some well needed refreshments. the room, views and all where just great. wished we could have stayed a bit longer. Pont du Gard was so close to drive too, perfect location.

Dinner main plates were bland and uninspired, which was unfortunate...although desserts superb. The room bathroom was not perfect...it had no fan and the tub was hard to get into.

On the whole, my stay was good. The staff was friendly and helpful, and my room; while not enormous; fit my needs well enough. Breakfasts were excellent, with good French bread and muesli and fresh sqeezed orange juice.

We arrived very late at the hotel after a long drive with kids. Unfortunately we booked a twin bedroom. Too tight for family of four. The lady was making a fuss saying they were fully booked and do not have family room available. Too tired to bother to argue about the wrong booking room type. We just sticked to the booking. No babycot offer/given due to the size of the room I guess. Uncomfortable bed. And worst stay for a start of our holidays. Breakfast was simple but ok.
