The internet is unreliable. The problem I encountered was a stuck shower door that I had to squeeze through -and staff away.

Communication - when reception couldn't be staffed they sent code and information in good time, and it all worked well. Staff were responsive when told of an issue. The room and bed were comfortable and the room was well organised. Nice bathroom too. Quiet night. The price was very reasonable.

When we stayed the temp outside was -4 degrees and the hotel felt cold ( radiator in room was not on). However on request the hotel provided an electric heater which warmed the room.

This hotel was good, unfortunately the town was a little disappointing.

Good location and easy to find with street parking available adjacent to the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean with a well appointed bathroom. Reception was friendly and efficient with use of key and after-hours security explained very well.

Good hotel opposite the train station with secure parking in the rear yard. We had dinner and breakfast and it was all very good. The area has some beautiful countryside.

Not the hotels fault but there was a lot of noise till very late into the night from other guests - very selfish.

Loved the location in Autun, very walkable to the heart of the city. Loved the historic ambience as well. Beds were very comfortable for us (we like a firm mattress). Oh, and the breakfast was ample and beautifully presented.

A baby cot costs 10 euros. Usually hotels provide it for free. They reported the cost after booking confirmation. I had no choice not to confirm the additional payment for the baby's bed. The payment charged twice. I wrote to the hotel about this situation and provided a photo of the bank statement. They promised to figure it out, but after two days, nothing. Actually, we counted on this money for use on the road.

Convenient check-in, there is a contactless option. We arrived after 21:00, which was notified of the hotel in advance. They sent us a door code and told where the room key would be. Breakfast is ok, but we would appreciate having boiled eggs:-) The hotel clarified all questions in advance, which is nice. Very clean and has everything you need in the room. Quiet and comfortable. They cooled the room enough for our arrival, thanks to them for this concern.
