Minus the bed isn’t straight, me and my husband ended up sleeping disturbing each other because the bed makes us rolled to the center of the bed (uncomfortable bed). The stairs is kind a narrow step for big feet like us. The breakfast menu isn’t buffet that we can serve by our selves (very limited variants).

The location is very easy to reach any metro (there are 2 metro for walking distance around 5-7minutes). Easy to reach from train station as well.

Really thin wall, can hear everything, literally everything, including some "romantic time".

Good location - close to metro/bus/supermarket, quit neighbourhood. Private shower. Elevator (even though little bit claustrophobic).

the room was not properly clean, there were stains near the abat-jour, the lamp itself were smeared with a dirty cloth, apparently. The toilet seat wasn't properly mounted and it slipped away when I seated on it, standing up to avoid to fall made me to stain my clothes. Inside the sink cabinet there were items abandoned by some previous guest, which means that the hotel staff didnt even bother to check inside not to mention clean it. On top of that, me and some other guests had to wait for the receptionist to come and unlock the doors of the rooms.

It's in a location very close to Gare de Lyon train station. Quite place. The forniture are okay.

Soap, shampoo, etc were not provided until I requested them. Also, a full roll of toilet paper would serve better than half roll! A foul odour, perhaps from the sewer line, filled the room! Very unpleasant! The elevator is very small; could barely fit 2 persons, worse yet, with luggage! Manager appeared irritated that I didn’t speak French neither did he speak English!

The hotel is close to the metro station, buses, and several restaurants!

As mentioned above, very low expectations so nothing to add here

It was very easy and quick to book this place as I wasn't planning to spend the night in the city center. I basically booked it two hours before check-in. I only needed a place to sleep after a long night partying with my friends so I had very little expectations and was very satisfied.

The lift can only fit one person and case. Two people and you're wedged up against up them. The bedside lights didn't work. No toiletries in bathroom. Still, otherwise the room was very clean and the bed was comfy.

The hotel.is very good but some facilities and the receptionist is very worst and rude also no.drinking water in the room and ask extra money in the morning.

The shower for one of the rooms was dirty but the other one was clean and the rooms were clean.

Location was good - near the station. Beds were comfy and it was quiet. Manager was nice and friendly. We were only after a basic hotel for one night and it was fine - reasonable value as didn’t pay full price.

no breakfast, they would request my keys before going outside the hotel and told me they didn’t speak English in a condescending way when I got there and made fun of me for asking if they had air conditioning stating it wasn’t a 5 Star hotel which I felt was rude, I had just asked a fair question.

Room basic - no kettle, iron etc and few lights bulbs working - security of door windows poor.

Friendly reception staff as arrived late in evening. close to Gare de Lyon. The bed was the most comfortable of my trip.

Poor value for money - but stay coincided with major sporting events, so all hotel properties in Paris that weekend were overpriced.

The room was not very clean, I had an impression that the floor wasn´t wiped. I like walking bare foot and the first evening when going to bed I had dirty feet (while I took a shower just a few hours earlier). My room was not smoking room, but the room window was directed to the terrace, where other hotel guests went smoking regulaly, so better to close room´s window. 2/4 light bulbs didn´t work. The houskeeper forgot to put the shower mat-towel.

The location is excellent, super close to Bastille and to the metro station.

Sadly the shower was not working properly - water was warm but only the bath tap worked. Overall the place feels a little neglected and could do with a refresh

Great location, friendly welcome. Great value for money. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. I booked a cheaper single room and they moved me to a better double room for no extra cost which was a nice surprise.

I didn't like that there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. It's in the walls, in the furniture... something has to be done about it. I had to open the window multiple times to let it disperse. If that aspect could be solved, the hotel would deserve 3 stars.

I liked the location, the friendly and helpful staff, the facilities (hot water, towels, heater, lights, TV), the cleanliness of the room.
