We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IrelandThis property is located right in the heart of the old harbour area in Les Sables d'olonne. You can walk out the door and in one minute, you are on the port front with a selection of restaurants. The room was small but perfect for one night. Would definitely stay here again. You are also a few minutes walk from one of the most beautiful city beaches ever. Fantastic for a morning stroll. There is a wonderful market Les Hallles de Sables D'olonne which is one minute walk away and well worth a visit. Super location

New ZealandThe host was absolutely brilliant, from welcome to exit farewell. Providing a map to visit local sites of interest close to the hotel, magic. Very centrally located and close to beach. We were the only patrons due to end of tourist season and the extra effort for breakfast was excellent customer service. Nothing was a problem. Wished we had of stayed an extra night. Secure bike storage.

Whilst the room was compact it was clean and the bead comfortable. Lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to shops, harbour and ocean. Secure bicycle storage was available.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - in a little side street between the port and the beach. The bed was really comfortable.

United KingdomWe were happy with everything the hotel offered - there was nothing we didn't like.
The Maison Richet provides great accommodation close to all the amenities and sights available in Les Sables-d'Olonne. We were greeted by the friendy owner/manager who made us very welcome. We arrived on bicycles and these were stored safely inside the hotel with easy access to them. Our room was very comfortable with good facilities. The breakfast was of contenental fare and more than adequate.

I loved the view of the church and the chimes. The shady patio is very pleasant to have breakfast at. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The seagulls "laughing" in the night. Very romantic.
