The only change I would make would be the inclusion of a small hob and a pan just to make cooking a bit easier as there was only a microwave but if you are resourceful or eat out then this isn’t a be all or end all.

The location was perfect, being near the metro station made getting around really easy. The hotel was quiet and the bed was comfy. It was clean and the kitchen area was a nice addition. It is close walk to lots of bars and restaurants as well as a small food shop.

The hotel room we have stayed in did not have a properly functional shower door- the glass slide would always slide open instead of locking in place. That has made the shower experience a bit challenging, since you would have to hold the door while taking a shower.

The location was highly convenient, both the metro and the bus were in reach and easy accessible. A lot of food options as well as everyday necessities such as supermarkets and pharmacies were nearby. Once in the hotel room, it was very quiet and there were no disturbances nor any other distractions that could have made our stay unpleasant.

There wasn’t much view from my window and the window sill was quite high. There was slight noise of the drain pipe from upstairs.

Rooms were smaller than photos show, a little shabby around well used parts, doors, sealant around the shower etc. Not a great size for the money asked for.

It would be nicer if we could leave luggage somewhere in the hotel when we checked out so we didn't need to carry heavy luggage all day.

The hotel room was very clean, beautifully designed, and located in a quiet area with excellent transport connections – truly a great base to explore Paris. The staff at the reception was also very friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed by the description of the “kitchenette,” which turned out to be just a sink, a fridge, a microwave, and basic dishes for two (literally two plates, two bowls, two forks, etc.). Because of this, we had to wash up constantly while preparing food, which became frustrating. As someone with dietary restrictions, I rely on cooking my own meals. Unfortunately, there was no stovetop or oven, and I ended up eating only scrambled eggs and rice with chicken all week – the only options I could make in the microwave. I had reached out to the hotel through Booking, phone and the official website before and during my stay, asking for a room with a proper cooking setup or at least help – but received no response at all, which was quite disappointing. Another issue was the ventilation system, which was constantly running and quite loud. It couldn’t be turned off, so if you’re sensitive to noise while sleeping, keep this in mind. Also, we requested a late check-out, which was approved, but the cleaning staff still knocked at the regular check-out time – seems like communication between departments is lacking. One more thing: although other guests had mentioned the lack of basic dishwashing items (no sponge, dish soap, or kitchen towel), and the hotel had promised to provide them, we didn’t receive any either. There was also no table or chairs, which made eating in the room uncomfortable – we ended up eating on the floor or in bed. In summary: If you plan to eat out and don’t need to cook, this hotel is a great choice – clean, stylish, quiet, and well located. But if you’re relying on the “kitchen” to prepare proper meals (especially with dietary needs), it may not meet your expectations.

Thank fully when we arrived someone was there to help, your given a building access code for when you arrive but it’s self service check out, when we got there the machine wasn’t working and required resetting so if anyone arrives after staff hours and this happens but you can’t check in without this machine as it creates your keys too!

Location was lovely, just a 5 minute walk from the moulin rouge! Lots of places to eat around and the metro was really close as well, had no issues taking the metro to and from the airport on our visit either!

Situated in between other property’s that can look into your room so unable to have the blinds open much if getting ready. Extremely loud noise from the cylinder outside made is hard to sleep must be a generator or some kind. Such a shame as only thing that let it down.

My room wasn’t entirely clean when I had arrived, there was other people’s hair around the apartment, as well as old milk stains in the fridge, mug stains on the countertops, and unclean cutlery. These were really obvious to the eye which make me think they were rushing to get the room cleaned in between guests… There was also no dish soap or sponges. Especially as rooms are cleaned every 2 days and there are limited bowls and plates (1 per person), this should be provided, as I had to go and buy some from the supermarket. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay, and will definitely consider staying at Makom again the next time I am in Paris.

This property is in a great location, a few seconds walk from Place de Clichy metro station. The interior design is very nice, and the staff members are helpful, and responsive on the phone or messaging. Rooms are also cleaned every other day. And there is ample storage space for clothes and food. There is no option for late check out, however they do have secure luggage storage which is good.

Kitchen was limited with no proper plates and glasses and no washing up items to keep place clean. The usb sockets and plug sockets do not work near bed. Which was bad. When someone was in upstairs it was very loud banging from floor boards, which kept me awake.

The shower without door and after the shower the whole floor is wet and it’s not comfortable to go to the toilets or to the sink. There are no socket in the bathroom.
