The hotel is centrally located in the historic part of the city. The staff were very professional and helpful. The room was very comfortable and there was a wide choice at the buffet breakfast. I liked the self photo machine on the ground floor.

The elevator didn't go to the top floor, so I had to carry luggage up and down 1 flight. Also, there was a rafter over the toilet that I hit my head on.

The receptionist was very helpful, she gave me a map of the town and made recommendations on what places to visit. The location was convenient to the old town.

I did not like the bathroom ! Washing one’s hair in a bath tu. With a hand held shower is SO uncomfortable, unpleasant , outdated and makes a huge mess everywhere !

The quality of the bedding was fantastic !!! Extremely comfortable !! Lots of chunky pillows . I could have spent the day in bed !

There is quite a bit of traffic noise so you have to have windows closed which can make the room hot but there is air conditioning.

The parking is difficult. The spa is very overpriced we paid for the spa only to use the hammam as the sauna was beside but it wasn’t really hot as there wasn’t a bucket of water to raise the tempeture

The opening hour of the gym was a little bit late (8:00), but at least there was a gym ! ;-). The check-in process felt quite transactional ("pay now", "now we take a deposit", "this is the price for the spa services",...). It was professional (following a checklist) but it didn't feel very "welcoming".

The Hotel is very well located to explore the city and it was recently renovated. Breakfast was good with lots of choice of sweet & savoury food.

Couldn’t book parking ahead of time. There’s several community parking spaces directly outside which was very cheap and you can pay either via card or parking app. It’s just pop luck if there is a space. We managed to park fine. There’s also a few spaces on the street at the back of the hotel but these can’t be pre-booked and it’s first come first serve.

The hotel is clean, modern and you easily see its recently been renovated. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Great bathroom and separate WC. Huge TV too. Staff very approachable and helpful. There’s a great boulangerie opposite. Hotel is in a great location and in easy walking distance to the town centre (4 minute walk max). Vannes itself has so much to offer. Plenty to see and do. Lots of beautiful old buildings. Cathedral is worth a visit and although it’s cheesy, the tour train is short and we enjoyed it. Lots of amazing restaurants. The town has a market on a Wednesday and Saturday mornings. It’s huge and well worth a wander. We stayed for 3 nights and loved it.

It was so spectacularly clean and I had the best night's sleep. The hotel is beautifully designed and maintained. The bathroom was fantastic. We were welcomed warmly and found it to be on the doorstep of many great restaurants.

The WC was in a very small space. A larger person would have found it a squeeze.

The location is great and the staff are kind and lovely. Everything was clean and quiet, except for the cathedral bells. We could walk to the old town in five minutes, the port in fifteen.

The location of yhe hotel is in the center of the city near to all atractions.The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Although the site says that the room is big and the pictures shows a big room where the bed is, the one that I was given had very little space for the bed and a useless big space in the entrance for the closet and the coffee machine. So maybe the room was 16m2 but you could hardly move inside that bedroom. The other space was meaningless.

Moden style, big and comfortable bed, very clean room. Bathroom perfect.The hotel is centrally situated. The staff was very polite. Good breakfast .
