We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaThe slightly quirky placement of the main lift block relative to the floor plan meant that ot toom was a long distance from the lifts. We learned to rale the slightly out-of-the -way service lift instead.
We were given a free room upgrade for the second time we stayed here. The Hotel is very luxurious and well situated overlooking the Old Port of Marseilles. The breakfast room and choices were outstanding. The bar staff and service were excellent... the female mixologist and hostess, sorry I can't recall her name but it began with "L", was a real star.

United KingdomThe service at the bar, especially by the Managers was terrible. The first morning breakfast was also a complete shambles which they apologised for. Not being able to have a drink in a 5* hotel bar, over a rugby weekend, seems very strange to me but the management not being able or simply not caring to accommodate us was bordering on insulting and it let the overall hotel down as it’s quite simply a spectacular venue. However, individual like Wissal, Samantha, Lucy, Ciara and Anastasia literally lead from the front. Making up for the woeful staff numbers and quite literally springing around to make their customers happy. They deserve a huge amount of credit and respect for quite literally saving their bosses blushes. Well done them and thank you for making a sometimes disappointing experience much better. The managers of the bar need a serious look at because they were nothing short of incompetent.
The property itself is stunning and in a perfect location with fantastic views. The facilities are perfect and the bar and restaurant excellent but they’re all let down by a distinct lack of attention to detail. When you pay over GBP1k per night for a a room you expect the best service and that was severely lacking in this hotel. The GM of F&B has especially completely fallen asleep at the wheel and the Hotel GM has also lost touch with what’s important in a 5* hotel.
