Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This was my first ever visit to Canne and this hotel and it did not disappoint! from the moment I arrived I was amazed by the hotel location as is right on the beachfront of Boulevard de la Croisette, the location was beautiful and super close to many restaurant and shops! the hotel is only a short walk from town and general feel and vibe was amazing. The hotel room was extremely comfortable and clean and a very good size, with a back view of the pool and gardens! The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The hotel staff were very friendly and able to help with any questions you had! The overall feel of the hotel is very comfortable and a lovely atmosphere! Being a solo female traveller safety and security are the main things I look for and Cannes is very safe for anybody visiting for the first time, the local high-end / normal shops are a very short walking distance and in the evenings it is very safe. I would definitely be coming back as I had an amazing stay and look forward to going back! :-)

Martinez is not a palace hotel, it’s a 5star hotel. Carlton is a palace hotel, its service is impeccable.

Extra large room was a pleasure and well decorated. Plenty of dressing space and spacious bathroom. Hotel is classic but crisp decor gives it the perfect glamour/ fresh/ elegant feel. Excellent bed, pillows, matress and linens. Very comfy!
