I was expecting more choices for the breakfast although it was good.

Location was very good and very near a metro station. Hotel kids friendly with some games at the lobby for the kids to play and some sweets for them too.

Great reception on Sunday 07 April. The staff was very nice and in addition our room was upgraded elegantly. I forgot the names of the two clerks at the reception (around 12h00 on Sunday) but they were perfect and diligent and they should be praised for their "prestation". The following day, being late for the breakfast, we were properly and generously served at the bar with coffee and viennoiseries

At night the hotel doors are closed and you have to call the reception to open the door for you. It is not comfortable. We had to wait 10 minutes. It would be better if hotel guests could open the main doors of the hotel using a key card.

The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the train station. The center of the old town is a 20-minute walk. The hotel itself is clean, the staff is friendly.

The best receptionist we ever met name Maria, who helped many things like explaining all the details regarding the hotel. She also helped smooth check in and check out. Thank you Maria for the nice hospitality.

Usually such network hotels are brand new (or looks like so), but this one is refurbished old building - though some parts are indeed new, separate toilet, lift feels like blast from the past. Window is quite small. Breakfast is too expensive for such choice

The place was clean. I like the interior design of both the lobby and the rooms! And the location of the hotel was perfect. Just 1 minute from the train station. I highly recommend this hotel for people looking for a hotel close to the centre.

Only one thing to mention - the shower head in our bathroom was loose and made showering difficult and the water was very slow to drain, resulting in the tray filling with water.

The lobby was informal and welcoming, with lots of colourful paintings and objects. The lifts worked perfectly and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. There was a nice welcoming message left in the room which was a nice touch. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was superb.

It was an excellent stay! The hotel is in great location of 5 minutes walk from the train station and less than 2 km to the city center. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was always very clean.

Bathroom might be a little too small.

The hotel was generally very good. Staff were well above average, they were all excellent: smiling, friendly, helpful. The breakfast was excellent and for a wide range of taste. I did not intend of having breakfast but jet lag push me downstairs around 9AM ... what a good move :-) The hotel/room were clean and quiet (even with the tram running in the front street). Very weel located at a small walk from the station and walking distance from Old Bordeaux and very nice restaurants with a wide range of prices.

Restaurant not open at weekends

Good sized bedroom with tea and coffee provided with easy to use shower. The bed was comfortable handy bedside tables and the place was clean. Comprehensive breakfast though I thought the price a bit steep. It was on the tramway making travel around the city was good as they seem to be digging the place up and and car travel quite difficult.

Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Very good transport links as close to train station and next to tram stop for easy access to town. Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was standard continental, but good quality.
