The garage door is cumbersome, the whole building is very cramped.

We arrived late in the evening, the people greeting us were very helpful. The rooms were small, but quiet and the separation of the WC and bathroom worked in our favour. Next morning everything went smoothly - thanks for taking care of us and our stuff.

A nice location in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants, easily walkable to the main attractions. Room and bed are in the expected range for a hotel of this price.

shame there was only a shower and not bath. but room very clean

very clean and tidy room. water and coffee facilities good. Excellent location for very easy walk to all shops and restaurants. Underground parking good value

There was a band playing in the hotel’s venue room and it was loud (first floor room). Luckily it finished at around 11pm but would have been nice to know in advance.

Excellent location and super comfortable (and big!) bed. The room and bathroom were small but perfect for one person or two on a short stay.

Unfortunately on arrival, there was no working water but the staff communicated very well with us and let us know developments.

It was a very cosy, comfortable hotel in the perfect location. It was accessible, there was a gated car park, and the staff were very polite and helpful. Could not get better location wise, as it was just a short walk from the centre but had so many lovely bars and restaurants near. It was not my first time staying and would stay again.

I felt for the star rating and the cost the hotel could have had slightly larger rooms and felt a little more personalised.

Fantastic breakfast. Comfortable bed and clean easy to use bathroom. Quiet and good check in and out times. Brilliant location in old town.

Unfortunately, I had a room on floor 1 which overlooks the outside area including a table tennis table and a children's play area, which alas added to extra noise I also could not park as my Camper van is 195cm in height, it would be helpful if the height restriction was in the advertisement. Prices were uber expensive because of the rugby in town, but this is a mid-range hotel that clearly saw an opportunity to cash in, and who can blame them after COVID-19?

Parking difficult to find because of one way streets and very small spaces for a Volvo XC60.

Clean comfortable room with A/C. Very friendly staff, good breakfast . Best of all was location, on a quiet street but right round corner from many great restaurants and bars Lille Old Town

My shower's clamp bracket was broken so I had to shower in quite an unconfortable position, also the sofa bed was pre installed as bed but I was alone so I turned it to sofa but the seating part was missing so I had to seat on springs... Staff offered to change the room and I when to try another but there was a starnge smell so I gave up... apart from that it was ok, bed was comfy and it was quiet at night

Location was very hard to find with lots of no entry or no left turns signs which needed to be ridden through. This was heightened by current pedestrian zones being built in Lille so an email with a small map to get access would have been very helpful.

Parking was available and secure. Very useful as travelling with a party on 8 motorbikes

we like to keep the window open at night but that there was to much noise from the street , cars and people. also our shower didn’t work

it was in a very nice area and very convenient to park your car in the garage underneath . the room was small but clean.
