We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThere were no hooks in the room which I really missed after 4 days of staying. There are 2 in bathroom for towels and hairdryer but the rooms are so spacious so it would be great to have some near the door or wardrobe. Also we considered breakfast on the last day but it was very expensive so we went local instead. Other than these very small things, the hotel is amazing value for money whilst not feeling like the cheap option - really impressed.
The service was lovely and we received a warm welcome each time we arrived. Everything was so clean and modern and the decor gave attention to detail. 24 hour reception with keycard entry. Great location and near to many things and public transport - 5 mins walk down the bustling avenue to the port for example.
