The room is very small, bathroom is quite tight and tired, would benefit from a renovation.

Location is very handy - close to restaurants, public transport. Room was basic but clean, bed was comfy. Breakfast included in the price was a good start to our daily activities.

Breakfast could be better and changing from day to day. There was no cappuccino in the koffie machine. Depends on the time when you come for breakfast could be too busy and hard to find the table. I found a solution by waking up at 8 and then the breakfast area was nearly empty. Don’t recommend to eat breakfast between 9 and 11, especially at 10am, it’s too busy and you would need to wait for some food to restock, like croissants. They always the first go empty. And it takes for personeel some time to replenish them. It’s too loud in the room. You hear all the voices from outside. Anyone walking or talking, all the voices like if the window is open. I have checked few times and the window was closed, so it comes from a bad isolation. If you have a trouble to fall asleep, then take some ear plugs. For me it was not really a problem. I sleep like a baby anyway. But yeah, all the noise from outside might give you some disturbance.

The location is great, near metro and bus station. Also flux bus station is only 5 min walking distance. It takes around 15min to get to the centre. The room is ok. Personeel is nice and friendly. They checked me in earlier without any extra payments. I arrived at 7 in the morning and could already go in my room. There were NO any extra payments charged like a city tax etc. The water was pleasantly warm in the shower. Very comfortable pillows. After check out I could leave my luggage safe in a locker storage till the rest of the day. The lobby is spacious. Few elevators. You can check in 24/7. There is always someone at the reception.

The cleaning - there was a bit of hair on the floor of our room when we arrived, looked like someone had cut their fringe or something. But the bed and everything else was neat and tidy. The ventilation made quite a lot of noise, even when we didn’t use the AC. The shower water was very tricky to adjust in temperature, and the temperature fluctuated during the duration of the shower. And the entire room stayed very humid after a shower, it was very noticeable when we arrived back to our room in the evenings.

Options for aircon (cold weather). Stayed out first night sweating (clearly we did not use blankets). Took 3x to ask help from frontdesk. I really appreciated the staff who assisted us on our 3rd attempt. Thank you for helping us genuinely. Forgot to ask their names.

I didn't like the size of the room. It was very small. Not even a desk for doing work. Each and every insh was perfectly optimised which is good for you but for us it was suffocating.

Breakfast was lovely , but I would have preferred some warm food, like fried eggs. Still, I enjoyed eating it. The location was perfect to go to the coach station, Bercy village and central Paris

We were very disappointed that the bar was closed and to us, after a concert, it's nice to relax in their lounge with a drink, rather than trying to find a seat in the many restaurants and bars outside, which are always very busy after a concert. The bar in the hotel is a must, especially on a Saturday night!!!

We have stayed here many times and the room was okay. The breakfast seemed more organised which was much better than the older system.

The decor was a bit strange it made the corridors feel dark and creepy!

On arrival the check in was quick. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. It was a short walk to the Gare du Lyon, which is why we chose the location. The breakfast buffet was good, and was open early enough (0630) for us to eat before our train. There was also a Metro station and some restaurants nearby.

The size of the rooms are quite small. In principle you have no space to open a suitcase which isn’t ok. The gave me a bigger size room after I complained but these rooms are very limited and actually reserved for people in roller chairs. There wasnt any booking so I could take that room.

Breakfast is nice. Rather small choice but the quality was good. The reception stuff was really friendly and very polite.

It was noisy - I understand there will always be a bit of noise in a city and with other guests moving around but a humming noise started intermittently after midnight - like someone was hoovering somewhere in the building, which was very annoying.

The rooms need TLC, our air conditioner was not working, the windows were getting wind inside. The light switch had problems.
