The bathroom could use better doors for better intimacy & water retention. Otherwise the rooms have all the necessary amenities and the decor is really elegant.

The location is excellent, the hotel is very stylish, and the staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful.

Great location, right in the middle of the action. Versailles is a lovely area. Reception great welcome however I was surprised they didn't ask for ID on arrival. Was worried about parking but there was underground parking not far.

Truly wonderful location - 10 minutes to the Palace of Versailles. Lots of cafes and bars close by. Staff happy to recommend.

not enough storage for our clothes. kettle was stored under the hanging rail for our clothes. no towel rails in the bathroom. tiny cupboards next to the bed with no storage. room very hot and noisy with window open.

Most of the staff were polite and friendly. One member of staff was rude to me when I used the coffee machine.

We reserved a parking place and confirmed by email on arrival we was told my car was too big. But that evening we saw a Bentley going in the garage, my car is a lot smaller. No space outside to stop and unload bags in narrow streets. It’s fend for yourself after a long drive, (stressful). Air conditioning didn’t work in 26 degrees of heat difficult to sleep. The bathroom needed a revamp it smelt musty all day, bathroom extractor fan didn’t work toilet seat was poorly fitted and stained the shower curtain was badly stained. Because of the heat we had the windows open next to the courtyard which people used for smoking, ashtrays were full. The cost of the parking in indigo was 72 euros. I picked this hotel because of its modern look and the parking. The hotel shouldn’t advertise parking if it’s not available.

Hotel in general was clean. Breakfast was very nice. Plenty of choice. Close proximity to the palace, Versailles was nice to walk round plenty of nice food and drinks.

Having air conditioning in the rooms is a complete lie. It is mentioned air condition when you book the room, when you arrive you discover that it has been replaced by a fan. We had to sleep windows closed because of the street noise, it was 32 degrees inside the room, fan on the whole night.

Parking garage underneath is very small and entrance is narrow. I had to reverse up the ramp as no room to turn around inside. Also, the parking garage is literally next door to the hotel and they have to open it up for you, we did 3 stressful laps before we managed to get through on the phone to the reception

Fantastic location, really nice room and staff. Only reason it's not a 10 is the air conditioning was broken at the time of stay and it was 28 degrees C at night.
