The shower needs an anti-syphon trap to prevent sewer gas when wc is flushed.

breakfast was good but its location location location was great. bus 100 outside, 5 stops to Monaco & direct to Nice.

Rooms need urgent renovation as they look like graying classrooms in a really old school. There are no fridges in the rooms which makes it impossible to have a cold drink when the temperature outside is mostly above 30 degrees C. Carpets and bed covers are unpleasant to touch as they are probably never washed. It is true that there are no cheap hotels in the French riviera. However, hoteliers should learn that by charging almost EUR 100 a night they should provide at least a decent accomodation.

The hotel is located centrally in Cap d'Ail which makes it easy to go to places and access the beach. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Bathroom, towels and bed linen are extremely clean. Surprisingly, the Internet worked very well and was included in the room price. I ate only croissants for breakfast and they were fantastic.

there's a reason of why this hotel is cheap - location outside of Monaco. Though walkable in about 30-40 min, it is not the most pleasant walk. Busses run every 15 min, but you will have problems if you decide to stay after 10-11 p.m in Monaco as they stop running. Evaluate how location is important for you, other than that there's no other reason for not staying here if you are looking for a good value and satisfactory hotel.

staff was nice, breakfast was good enough, and the hotel, though very simple, has a good value. I would stay here again.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. There was also a lack of English tv channels.

The balcony was amazing. Location was superb and the staff were lovely.

WifI did not work. The hallway and room smelled cigarette smoke despite rooms supposed to be non-smoking. Even with air conditioner the room was relatively hot.

Loved everything about this place. We felt welcome from the moment we sat foot there. Our room was very nice with a big balcony. We were even given the option to serv breakfast on the balcony in the morning. Breakfast was very tasty. The hotel is just a few minutes drive away from the beach and Monaco. Public parking is available in front of the hotel and after 18.00h free of charge.

    Everything good

We had a lovely stay; had a sea view room with a balcony. Hotel is in a great location, bus stop outside the door and train stop (unattended) is 5/10 mins walk down street behind hotel, self service, you buy your own tickets, easy to use. Angelo and staff friendly and helpful. Great location for sightseeing

The bathroom was a cubicle in the room. It did not feel nice.It was not near to the beach as where you could walk to in about 10 minutes was just rocks. It was not near enough to walk to the centre of Cap d'Ail.

The staff were nice. The breakfast was included and was OK. There were a couple of restaurants close by. Air conditioning was effective.

The pictures of the hotel were decieving. It looked like a patio with a view which turned out to be with only one room. Our 'view' was barely visible. There was no comfortable place to relax and 'hang out'. The a/c was not quite acceptable. We had to clse the shutters to bolck the heat/sun.

Very good location with walking distance to Monaco - 3 km along the sea or you can take a bus. It goes every 15 minutes. Room is clean, smaller, but big enough to feel comfortable, air contidioning works properly, the view of the sea from big furnished terrace(one sunbed, table, two chairs) is great. The receptionist woman is really very nice and helpful .

very light breakfast but included so no real complaints.

The staff so helpful and very nice- spoke english. The location was right in front of the bus stop so great for hopping on to go to nice or monaco. Also right next to the path that leads to the best beach in the area (in my opinion) about a 7 min walk.
