Some rooms don't have elevator access. When you reserve a room make sure you are aware of its accessibility.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a warm and welcoming design. The hotel is a nicely refurbished old building. It was quiet at night so we could sleep properly. The standard twin room we booked was spacious. Breakfast was very basic but with good quality ingredients.

Sadly the last 2 days there must’ve been some sort of issue with the bathroom pipes, since there was an increasingly ugly smell coming from it.

The property was in good conditions and comfy overall. The breakfast is good and the location of the place is pretty good too - The distance to Paris metro and to Sacre Coeur is very good.

The air conditioning is very noisy. At times, it seems like an airplane taking off. The heat is established at 21 degrees which is not enough after a freezing day in the rain. The breakfast is good but could use a little more variety between the days.

Nice location with very easy access to metro station. Comfortable beds. We chose a room in the secondary building, far from the main street, so it was really quiet. The hotel has a little foyer with chill music where you can relax, water and croissants on their behalf and also a little internal terrace which seems very nice for warm days. Veryyy good cappuccino at breakfast.

The staff are very nice. They suggested a bigger room but with no elevator. We were happy we choose it because it is spacious and comfy. The breakfast is diversified. There is a metro station wihtin a 2 mins walk from the hotel which was very convenient.

The bathroom is very small, and very uncomfortable for big persons. The room is also small, though neat and clean.

We got a triple room for the three of us with 3 separate beds. There were only 2 spare pillows and none available at reception. Also, no drinks tray etc in the room. Also, no air con between certain months. It wasn't a major issue as it wasn't a warm weekend but the room did occasionally get quite stuffy as a result even with a window open.

Room was a decent size for the 3 of us. Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially for our very basic grasp on the language. Breakfast was great too.

We had trouble getting our bedding changed by cleaning staff, and our radiator was stuck on high! We managed to sort these problems ourselves, but it would have been nicer for the cleaning & maintenance team to have remedied this.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, the breakfast was brilliant and staff very friendly. The hotel is close to the metro to get to the Eiffel Tour & Latin Quarter, and is withington walking distance of Montmartre.

This is the third time that the hotel is blocking the reservation amount in my bank account as a guarantee and keep it for several days . The guarantee is not released several days after way check out . I have to call them many times before it is real eased . Their excuse is that it is the systems fault! Very annoying

Location is okay, but being close to metro stop it is totally okay.

Good value for money. The breakfast is excellent. Very nice atmospheric place to have the breakfast. Good selection of good quality breads, cheese etc. One highlight is the freshly squeezed orange juice. Room is small, but very clean and good shower facilities etc.

Size of the hallway. It’s a bit narrow for those with lots of or big luggages.

The location. Lots of nearby cafes, minimarts, places to eat. It’s easy to pin when hailing an uber.
