Cannot open the window, poor ventilation, terribly so far badly unhelpful staffs in awful attitudes, no groceries stores nearby so I had to go to Paris city centre just in order to buy water

Perfect location within just a few steps to public transport, room already kept clean, built new, strongly powerful shower, comfortable bed, basically well equipped facilities

Very small space between end of bed and tv , if older guests or larger people move past, is uncomfortable, I dont know, a small refrigerator to keep snacks, drinks cold

There is a large supermarket near the hotel. It is also very close to the subway station, so traveling is very convenient.

Very convenient location. It was only couple of minutes walk to public transport and a large shopping mall. For a small fee, we were able to leave our car at the hotel and ultilise the metro to explore Paris.

If the room is having kettle it will be perfect as we do not need to go down to ground floor for hot water and it will be good if having fridge to keep our beer cool enough to enjoy instead of keep asking for ice cube. The pillow can change one piece to harder one instead of soft one

One of the two lifts was out of service. When the other went off, you had to use the stairs. Being on the 7th floor...

The wifi didn't work at all! I tried several times and it never worked. I had to take an online course for my grad school and I couldn't attend the class. Very disappointing!

Breakfast menu was quite basic. We had to boil the eggs ourselves. I’d prefer if they were already made.

Location was perfect. 2 min walk from gallieni station. The area was quiet, hotel was nice and clean. Staff were all very helpful. The triple room was very small but for the price it was absolutely fine. Air con was a blessing

The parking place was very unsafe especially for motorcycle so we ended up taking it to a garage in near by hotel. we did not get the fee back for it. Breakfast was crowded.

Room was a bit on the smaller size, with the window facing right on a large highway. The bathroom and especially the shower cabin were also quite small, though they worked well.

Great value for money, the rooms were super clean and the staff were helpful. Daily change in towels and cleanup was prompt. Everything was as expected - we visited with a large group and our separate rooms were all nearby. Location is right by the Galieni metro station, with a few stops from central Paris - although I wouldn't spend too much time around the hotel area at night.

Small, hot and noisy room. The parking place was really not a safe parking place where you could leave your motorcycle. Luckily we got it into another hotel's garage near, but were not returned the fee we paid for the parking.
