Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomVery clean rooms and the location is spot on. Room we had only had 1 plug socket which was a bit stupid. Staff were nice apart from one man who was miserable and rude. Bar next door was fab and the staff were lovely.

United KingdomHeating in room stayed on into the night, but radiator could be turned down. Would have preferred a second blanket instead (but didn't get round to asking for one).
Location - between Pere Lachaise and Voltaire metros. Just off #69 bus route which goes past the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay and on to the Champs de Mars. #46 from Voltaire goes to Gare du Nord. Room had no cupboards but enough hangers (no problem for us as we travel light). Filling breakfast. Local restaurants and supermarkets have improved a lot since our last stay (2019).

UkraineI heard loud noise a few times in the early morning (somebody continuously slapped the door nearby) and deep night (somebody was going on heels too long and hard in the room right above my head), so it was really hard to fall asleep
The room was clean and really cozy. Always had hot water so there weren’t any problems with shower Administrators were friendly and kind. When I was cold, they turned on the heat and gave me additional blanket

United States Minor Outlying IslandsThe TV didn’t work for two days. The telephone didn’t work at all. The toilet was never sparkling white. The bed spread was not on the bed and it was dirty and folded on the shelf. There was only one bench chair for two and the table was very small.
It was near my friends and family. The room was on the corner so I had two different views of the city. Most of the front desk staff were nice and one provided a taxi to the airport.

NetherlandsBreakfast was all or nothing. We just wanted some black coffee. My bathroom wall had some cracks like falling pieces WiFi was really really poor consider it a no WiFi hotel especially if you need to work. And it is what it is but our room was in the 6th floor with no elevator, ask for a lower level room.
I knew what I was paying for so no surprises. I needed a one night stay to be close to some friends house. The room was clean, quite and fair. The staff was nice. We got our room before check-in time It's a good value for Paris and this neighborhood if you go with low expectations.

United KingdomTo lug our suitcase to the 6th floor. Didn’t realise there was no lift or facilities to get the luagage up. No aircon or fan but the breeze was lovely. Room and bathroom were very small. In Brussels and Bruge the accommodation was cheaper and bigger and facilities were like what you expect when going on a holiday
Like that the breeze made the room cooler. Front office staff were fantastic, very helpful.

RussiaThe room was really tiny, we could barely move there. Wi-fi was declared but did not work well, I used to receive a message that it did not have connection to internet. Maybe that was because I was staying on the 3rd floor ( with no elevator), probably at reception it worked better.
The hotel is well located and easily reached by metro
