It wasn’t very clean. There was dust on the floor and on some of the furniture. There were some stains on the kitchen door for the trash bin. The duvet cover was missing and there were makeup stains on the duvet from previous use.

The property was of great price and the location was good. The host was very communicative and quick to respond. They have an amazing guide on how to get there from the station.

The sofa bed

I liked the attention that I received from the team when I needed to retrieved the key for the apartment. The studio was cozy and perfect for one person. The location was wonderful because I was able to walk to the Casino, the Train Station and walk around few blocks to enjoy the garden and the view of the bay.

During our stay there was only cold water, the owner tried to help over the phone but without success. There also was a bad smell in the bathroom coming from the drains

The apartment was as described, clean and equipped with everything needed. Great location, very good Wi-Fi quality, Owner did very good job and prepared detailed instructions how to reach the apartment, how to use TV, etc. Everything was ready for the guests.

The sofa bed is a bit wobbly and squeaky and the mattress has sunken a bit in the middle

They have the AC on when we arrived so it’s already cool. The kitchen is complete as well. We also love that they have a huge TV!

Everything was perfect

Everything was amazing! Great communication with the staff, the apartment location is near everything you need. It was clean and you have everything to feel like you’re at home! The sofa was really comfortable, there was coffee machine and coffee. I’m definitely coming back soon !

The apartment is cosy, clean and close to everything. It is only 10 minutes away from the train station Monaco (elevators: 0 is up and 14 is down to the parking lot towards the train station) and from here only 15 minutes walking towards IAEA Environment Laboratories, Monaco (from terminals E-C down). Matthieu is a very helpful host and he will provide you with all useful information much in advance. If you have time, there is a huge tv to watch Netflix or your favorite program and feel like in cinema. I would definitely recommend it. It is perfect for a single person or a couple.

The keybox described in the welcome package wasn't there as it had been recently stolen. The owner knew this but didn't send updated information. Advice: Learn in advance where the city's public elevators and escalators and save your legs.

The studio was small, clean, and fairly cheap for the area. It wasn't easy to find at night, but once found, its location was convenient enough.

We booked this apartment, but didn’t really get to stay there. We have visited the apartment to check if it’s any good. There are a few things you might want to know before you book: - the parking space 51 was already occupied; - the air conditioner remote was not working; - the studio has no bed, just a convertible couch; - there might be more, but we only spent a few minutes there so we might have missed some problems

The communication with the host is extremely fast and easy. On the top of that, all instructions to check in/out are pristine and easy to follow. The property is conveniently located a pleasant 10-15min walk from the Monte Carlo Harbor and 5min from a Super U grocery store in MC. 2min walk to a small Carrefour City at the next street. I was in MC for business and the apartment was comfortable and with secure private parking. Wifi in the property works great, cleanliness of the apartment is superb and the kitchen equipped with oven, cool top, micro-wave and all utensils. Extremely recommended and unmatched value for your money in that area!

There was nothing NEGATIVE about this studio. Just a warning if you're the kind of person that NEEDS SILENCE.. beausoleil can sometimes be a bit noisy when scooters fly past in the streets. This is normal. So expect a bit of noise sometimes, if you leave windows open. Other than that, it's PERFECT 🥰

Gorgeous Studio flat. My teenage daughter & I stayed for 6 nights. I know monaco & beausoleil very well as lived here many years ago. My first time in an AIR BNB & highly recommend it. This studio had everything you needed. Exceptionally clean. Modern. New! Netflix too for my teenage daughter. 5 mins walk to the Train station and 8 mins to Central monaco. Loved it so much I've rebooked. ❤️ Matthieu was extremely helpful with any questions I had. He has other apartments that are beautiful too, so do ask him about those! SofaBed is very comfy. TV huge. Cooker new! Great washing machine! Coffee machine etc. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. But maximum 2 people as its compact. Enjoy! 😍👏👏👏

Nothing to complain. Everything was perfect.

Lovely! The self-check in was really easy + not having to worry about reaching the place within the check-in hours was a great plus. Everything (Monaco, casinos, restaurants, cafes, shops) is on a walking distance from the apartment so having a safe and free parking in the garage (in the same building as the apartment) was really convenient. The neighbourhood felt safe (even at night). The apartment was very clean and fully equiped (iron, washing machine, dishwasher, easy working induction stove, fridge, plenty of tableware and cutlery + everything worked well). The furniture is modern and nice, just like in the pictures. We really liked the convenient arrangement of furniture and space. The apartment is a bit small, but more than enough for two travelers! The owner was very kind and has responded very quickly to our messages. Would love to return! Lovely place, would highly recommend!

First we took the wrong elevator by mistake (from the garage) and got into the wrong side of the building. Maybe a mention in the Self-Check-In-PDF that there is a second wrong elevator could help others :)

Convenient self-check-in and check-out. Very nice and big TV and very nice bathroom. Modern compact interior. Good price for the location.
