Tight spaces, small rooms, small elevator, parking 8 minutes walking from the Hotel.

The hotel is very close to the Arc de Triomphe which makes it very appealing if you want to reach some of the main attractions on foot.

We expected larger room, with at least a table or a sofa corner as described. we got the "Junior suite" instead of the Family room (we were said it was more appropriated to our family.) There were no ventilation in the bathroom and the showers tend to spread a lot of water around. breakfast is offering a variety of option but it is medium quality (very basic products) The hotel did not met our expectations, it is a but definitivly not a 4 star hotel.

Very well located, very helpful staff. Great beddings and that is a great + very good restaurant in the close surrounding of the Hotel We overall like our time in Paris.

I DONT LIKE TO THIS HOTEL WHEN U GOIN OUT I NTHE NIGHT THEY LOCK THE MAIN DOOR WHICH U CAN ABLE TO COME BACK AS U WANT , STAFF TELLING US HE WILL GO TO SLEEP , WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE

the issue was that I couldn´t open window in my room, although receptionist promised that he will manage during a day nothing happend , which I discovered in the evening when I returned, that time the other lady from reception couldn´t do anything yet, but she was very kind and helpgul. The other issu was with the master light swich off there were no options in the roon either swich on all the light or switch off all of them. No possibility to use only bed ligh...

Weird smell in the bathroom (the smell of no water in the pipes for a long time). rooms were small but it reflected exactly the description online so no surprises.

Staff makes tou feel welcome as soon as you arrive. they were absolutely lovely. laundromat next door which is very handy.

The size of the room, one step from the maindoor leads you to the bathroomdoor, once entered turn left the toilet, turn right the sink, guess in front is the bath. Not better the coin in which are the beds are, there is only a passage of about 1/2 meter around it. Yeah one step from the bathroomdoor. Well the furnishing, no wardrobe only a shelve construction, with a curtain. Really tiny all, and we booked the privilege rooms. Terrasse to the room is open to anyone. If it rains, as there is the roof just above the room it's like several persons are using a hammer, lucky us we got a deep sleep😄. Well we were shocked, when we saw the room in comparing to the 4stars ranking and price we paid. Only the really lovely way of the roomcleaning service and the reception desk service gave us finally a homefeeling, thanks for that.

The Service at the reception as well the cleaningservice were excellent, the beds were as well very comfortable too. Nice bathroomproducts and daily small bag of sweets and a bottle of water, thanks we appreciated it😁. Location is good near to a bus stop and to the Metro, further nice walking distance to Champs Elisée etc. Almost forgotten, but it needs to be mention, the good service starts already by the booking, the quick answers and reminders and informations👍.

We had upgraded to a room with a patio. People from other rooms smoked out there which meant we had to close our patio door. Giant AC units were directly up against the patio on the one side. We didn’t get value for our upgrade.
