When I stayed they were doing construction during the daytime so it was very loud. The breakfast that was included tasted alright it was better to go outside to eat.

We had noisy neighbours, would’ve been great if the doors were a bit more soundproof. :) the building had some renovations in progress so it was a bit loud during the day, but since we were out enjoying the city it didn’t bother us at all.

Fantastic location! The room was proper, nothing fancy or extravagant. Did it’s job of providing a good night’s sleep. The furniture is a bit outdated and the carpet floors should be exchanged soon... Aside from that we were very content!

It's not a 'spend hours chilling in your hotel room' room - or at least ours wasn't but couldn't fault it as a central reasonably priced place to lay your head /use as a base for a few days.

It's in a good location down a boulevard/ alley off a central tourist areas with restaurants and the metro line nearby.

The shower area was very small and a little hard to move around in. A little "warning" to solo female travelers (as myself) - as you have to go through an alley before getting to the hotel, there are unhoused people in the alley and would approach you in an uncomfortable manner so you might want to think about that before booking your stay.

Although a little outdated, the room given to me was big, comfortable and clean. Location was very convenient as it was located very near to the metro (about a 2 minute walk) and it was very accessible to many other metro lines. Also a value for money, given its's location and the size of the room.

Hotel needs renovation. Carpets full of stains. Rooms tiny. Air conditioning did not work. They ran out of room key cards so one of my friends went into room and had no electricity. Bathrooms tiny - especially uncomfortable for men but there are varying sizes of rooms so it depends on luck.

The bathroom doesn’t deserve the name of a bathroom. You can brush your teeth when you seat on the toilets. The shower is dated, joints are not clean and it looks dirty. There’s no door between « bathroom » and the bedroom, so you partner can enjoy all your personal activity in the toilets.

Well located in the heart of « les Grands Boulevards » area, in a narrow street very calm. Many shops and restaurants around and easy for metro and all connection with public transportation.

Everything was as we expected.

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of many attractions/locations. Also the metro, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants etc are all close by. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s a basic hotel at a good price.

The hotel in serious need of revamp! Everything looks warn especially in the hallways to the rooms and floor planking was sagging and giving way in room 402!

Less expensive than comparative accommodation and room size were adequate for Paris! Rather large! The breakfast is a highlight to start your day!

The entrance is in an archway and a schizophrenic homeless man lives in the arch. He is harmless but it is unnerving as he speaks to himself and runs around, this entrance is shared by 3 hotels so I am surprised it is allowed happen. The beds were comfy , room was smaller than appeared on images , and the carpet is a bit tattered looking

The location is perfect , right beside a metro stop. Near good bars and restaurants. Short walk into the lovely streets of the upper Montmartre area. Very Parisian feel to the place. Was a very good value stay during the peak time that it was. Beds were very comfortable

Hallways were rather worn out, however, we did not expect five star interiors from a three star hotel.

Our room was clean and cleaned on daily basis. Depending in who was working, service in the reception and the breakfast room varied from decent to excellent. Location was very good, and the price vs. quality relationship was exactly what we expected.

Hotel needs a bit of TLC

Room was very small and needed some TLC, the location was great for our needs, metro station very close and easy walk to,other sights of Paris and Montmarte area.
