Breakfast could be improved, but overall I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The walls of the room was stained ( that would impossible to clean because of the wall covering material ), but made room look tired

last time they had free afternoon cakes out - no more. also they sent out a check in questionnaire where i was able to request an iron but they didn’t bring it and after we got one on site they kept taking it away during cleaning. we need the iron daily! this should be in the room.

i’ve stayed here twice now. really nice place and one of the biggest rooms i’ve seen in paris for the price. really helpful when both people have large luggage and need to get ready (spacious bathroom and closet with multiple mirrors). also the location is great close to everything.

Room was a little bit smaller than anticipated, but still lovely. Wasn’t really a problem as only used to sleep in. Perfect if our exploring all day.

I would have used a kettle to boil water for tea. I would have liked a better shampoo and conditioner option for the shower.

Very welcoming and helpful reception, early check-in was allowed without problem. Upon check-out, we were allowed to leave our bags for a few hours extra. Cleaning staff came on day 2, which I hadn't expected for our 2-day stay. An umbrella was provided in the room, which we made use of.

We had an attic style room on the top floor which was awkward esp for tall people, my husband hit his head a couple of times.

Good location, close to Garnier opera house, Galleries Lafayette and the metro yet very quiet. Walking distance to many attractions. The room was a great size with a coffee machine & a fridge. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very well located for sight seeing, we walked everywhere during our stay. Staff were very pleasant & friendly. Our bedroom was simply lovely, very comfortable bed, and we had a little balcony looking out on the street. So quiet too we heard nothing during our stay.

The reception and breakfast area could be decorated much better to be more appealing. It didn’t feel inviting enough to have an evening drink from the honesty bar.

Room was compact but had everything needed and furnished to a high standard. Bed large and comfortable. Nespresso machine a nice tough. Bathroom modern with large dual head shower. Reception very helpful and able to leave our bags for the day on check out. I was celebrating wedding anniversary and was able to get rose petals and a towel heart on the bed with a rose as an extra which as a nice surprise.
