The location is not really nice, near the highway. But nevertheless we did not hear it.

Unfortunately, we hardly slept because we were given a room next to the heating system that was ridiculously noisy all night long. Beware room 118!

The location was perfect for our onward journey to Italy. The room was spotlessly clean and the double-glazing meant no noise from the nearby motorway. Breakfast was good value and hearty.

Location: true it is close to the touristic areas but only with a car. Don't get me wrong it is fine to jump behind the steering wheel and go to explore, my problem was more like the fact that the hotel is within an industrial part between two highway exits. Not a showstopper, and if you check the location you can see it, but wanted to point out.

The room was clear, and cozy enough. The staff was friendly and flexible and especially liked that we could enjoy our vacation with our dog.

Next time will book ground floor, too hard to 3rd floor without lift. Miss being able to get coffee anytime I want. Hope this service will be reinstated soon. Also when it’s really hot would like a lighter covering, maybe just a sheet. Duvet is too heavy.

Decor is a little tired but clean throughout. A bit of confusion explaining the menu pricing. We were happy with our meal and the price paid but I suspect some people may not have been happy. I suggest you write it down.

The meal was classic French regional cooking which we both really enjoy.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Room wasn’t to what I would call a clean standard. we booked twin room, there was 3 beds with the 3rd bed across the bottom of the other 2 leaving little room to move around. Neither plugs in sink or bath worked and unless you full removed them the sink and bath would fill. shower leaked water all over the floor. No tea/coffee facilities in the room and the fact they close the bar and restaurant on Saturdays and Sundays means there is nowhere to get a hot drink. they use shutters to block off restaurant area where there was a tea/coffee machine at breakfast. the air conditioning comes out of the desk and the vents are covered by the long heavy curtains. No soap provided in the bathroom. we didn’t have time to use it but the pool didn’t look appealing

The room was scruffy and over-furnished, no food of any sort outside of set restaurant times, no coffee making facilities in the room, nothing in the immediate area as it is just an industrial estate. The receptionist in the afternoon had no warmth and was not welcoming.

Pet friendly, good staff in the restaurant with a decent set menu, ample parking.

I think because we went in the off season not much was open, no restaurant, the pool was locked. Not many staff about. I think it's more of a place to just stop over for one night. You can't really get about if you don't have a car, and the hotel doesn't do a shuttle service...well at least they didn't when I went.

There was a lovely lady working on the Friday with Blonde hair. She helped me phone for a taxi to my friend's wedding (FYI it's really really hard to get hold of a taxi). Would have been completely lost without her, big THANK YOU!
