Breakfast was not included. And daily pricing for breakfast was too expensive. Sometime the elevator was too busy, but the stairs where easy to use.

The hotel is very conveniently situated in the city centre near markets, patisseries, cafes and restaurants. The hotel would have been perfect if the room had a Smart TV. There is also safe parking which is essential in a big city. The staff at the hotel were very efficient and friendly. It’s a great location to explore Montpellier which is a lovely city with amazing architecture.

The shower area was not a room, but a glass-partitioned area. Although the glass was not transparent, it still lacked privacy. Given I was travelling with my teenage son, it was a little awkward at times. For couple it would be fine... But it wasn't ideal for us... The hotel also charges a hefty deposit, which I was unaware of and was not communicated clearly but staff.

The hotel was beautiful. Great location within walking distance to the train station, and very central to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was also a highlight and the best we had in France.

More storage (eg drawers, shelves) in the room would have been good. The restaurant was disappointing: cold scrambled eggs at breakfast and minimal choice for dinner (so we ate out). Only one of two lifts working.

Location excellent: easy walking distance to all the sights/sites in central Montpellier. Convenient parking. Efficient friendly staff. Pleasant pool. Comfortable room.

Nothing. The reception staff were lovely particular as there had been a mix up with our rooms. The dining staff were particularly inattentive when we had lunch but overall a very good choice for a short break in Montpellier

Coffe/tea making-prefer a kettle and mini fridge would be good. Gym was alright but small and limited to machines-no weights.

Did not have the breakfast, the location is excellent so close to the Comedie, I did think the cleanliness of the hotel in general was not as I remembered and I was disappointed in the jacuzzi being like warm . The staff were excellent I was treated very well. The real issue the Value for the money was not quite right

The steam room was hot enough, and the gym is quite small.

The hotel's pool and outdoor space were nice and quiet despite being in the middle of the town. The room was also big and clean.

We didn’t get to use the pool, it’s not as we expected. Also only open from 10am until 10pm. We were hoping for an early morning swim.

The lady that checked us in could not have been more helpful - she really welcomed us and ensured we had everything we needed. We were 2 single ladies travelling together and booked a twin room. We kindly received an upgrade and the room was much larger than we expected.

The staff were fantastic! We had a problem while we were there, nothing to do with the hotel, and the reception team were absolutely amazing, stepping in to deal with the situation for us as our French was not quite up to the level we needed for the circumstances. So helpful and we were so grateful!
