It’s a decent drive to a restaurant or shops to buy food You need to have a car to stay here

Quiet, calming and cosy. High in the mountains with views forever (when the fog lifts) it’s looking out over Lake Geneva and offers the beauty and serenity you expect of the Alps It’s located in a resort with all amenities.

closed pool (chlorine issues), orientation map should be improved. We arrived late and reception was closed. keys waited in a box by the reception along with a map, but no mark on the map to show us where to go go from reception. There are lots of cabins and knowing where you are on the map could help

Nice place with nice scenery and facilities. We stayed only one night so couldn't enjoy the playground and pool.

Wifi not very strong. Hand held shower head instead of being fixed.

Lovely location overlooking the lake. Excellent breakfast in a pleasant dining room. Easy parking near to accommodation. Very pleasant staff keen to make sure your stay is a good one. Would definitely return and recommend.

Mould around the bath, dogs hairs on the deck, dogs mess on the grass opposite, and on Saturday night they let thirty youths have a party next door till four in the morning!!!! Oh yeah and swimming pool out of action.

Decent size good heating room outside for kids to run about.

No restaurant or bar on site. Not even a little shop to purchase the essentials. Do no stay here unless you have transport.

The location was stunning and the accommodation was clean and comfortable

It was hard to find the place: our navigator was unable to identify the exact address. Better to ask for the exact GPS coordinates in advance. The beds were a little short for two of us, though comfortable. The wi-fi didnt work.

We chose Park&Suites to stay for a ski week-end with friends. Our apartment with two separate bedrooms was comfortable enough and spacious for 4 adults (it is advertised for 6 people but it can be a little small for 6). The kitchen has some basic equipment and dishes, and you can ask for special dishes (for raclette, f.ex.) at the reception. Beddings and towels are provided. Bathroom is very basic but clean. Very good location for those wishing to ski in Thollon or discovering the French side of Geneva lake. 15 min drive to Evian and Thonon. The staff is very helpful: there was no wi-fi during our week-end but I could use the computer at the reception when I needed.

Would have been better if there was a kettle in chalet and maybe an oven.

Excellent location for exploring surroundings. Quiet. Good views of lake when weather permitted. Set in nice surroundings within a forest. Grounds well maintained. Staff very friendly and very knowledgable about local area.

reception is very helpful. We don't have a car, and it was super difficult to find a taxi. But the reception helped us call for taxi, which cost them almost 2 hours. Better to go there if you have a car. If you don't have a car, you'd better plan booking a taxi ahead of your arrival.

As anticipated, it was compact - but fine as just two of us sharing. Would have been tight for 4!

Quiet, warm apartment - everything we needed as a base for skiing in the area. Staff were friendly - no complaints.

This place is hard to find, particularly in the dark!! Rooms were ok but not that clean and sofa bed was not made up for us.

It was pretty cheap and the apartment had everything you need.
