Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The air conditioning system was noisy, but I was so tired that after 10 minutes did not hear it anymore
The room was what I needed for the night as I had been travelling all day and night from Italy and was out of the main town with no noise at all. had an excellent night of sleep

The shower was broken, though it worked you couldn't put it in the holder. So had to shower one handed best I could.
It was a good price and the staff were lovely.

Breakfast was basic and we had to ask for more bread - staff spoke little English but we managed
Room was sufficient for late night stop and check in. Beds were comfortable, suited our needs, rooms close together for family.

We already stayed in this hotel chain in the past, but seems like each place can be different and you cannot have "generic expectation" each time. This particular hotel was giving impression to be abandoned or survived a disaster.. -- this was exactly my first impression when we arrived to the hotel parking ;-)) Additionally there is near zero noise isolation, so when people are speaking around "it feels" like it happens just inside of your room ;-)) -- well, it was a kind of another experience, good it was a short stay ;-))
Personnel is very kind and doing all their best to make your stay comfortable. Easy access, easy parking. Animals accepted for additional cost. And this is probably all positive I have to say about ;-))

Nonfunctional A/C. Window anti burglary was broken so we were inconveniently warm during the night. WiFi also did not work even with help from the reception. The hotshower controls were unclear so my wife opened hot first and that is almost boiling hot so she burnt her feet.

This place is just dreadful. These motels, presumably built in 1970's and 80's have seen their day. Not only do you want to spend the least amount of time there as they are so uncomfortable, but when you are there you spend all of your time trying to avoid touching surfaces. If the gauntlet of ruffians you have to negotiate near check out is not enough, then the "amenities" in the rooms will soon having you rue your booking foolishness. If it wasn't for the fact that I arrived late because of car trouble with consequent lack of alternatives, I would have left. Yes its cheap, in every sense, but Booking.com should hang their head in shame that this terrible accommodation is even on their books. Bite the bullet and get rid of them. They are a threat to your reputation, which is now diminished in my mind. If you are an Eastern European trucker, this is the place for you. Everyone else should find alternative digs pronto.

Place isn’t well maintained. The plastic toilet is just terrible. Breakfast offer is supper limited it should not be called breakfast even.

It's a good place for a pit stop. All essentials are here. Lot of parking spaces. Polite staff, check-in is just all day/night round. It's Really budget hotel. Very simple and clean. I definitely save this place for my trips around the EU.

It was very good, for its price, very good value for money. All what person needs for one or couple of nights. Staff are very helpful and friendly. WiFi is available and efficient. It's very close to many shopping centres, Carrefour, Aldi, Lidl, and many others. Also only approx.15 minutes (by car)to central down town of Nancy. close to highway too.

the room was reserved and paid for two. two people checked in and got two cards to enter the room. on Monday at 7 am one person left. and at 9.30 the hotel workers just started to enter the room without knocking, opening the door with their key and demanding something in French. and so three times. although check-out from the hotel according to booking was at 12 noon.
the door in the room closed badly in autumn. was with cracks through which the wind and cold air passed. the room was dirty.
