Our studio could do with a bit more care in cleaning. I found a hair inside the kettle filter and told the responsible cleaning lady, which immediately removed the hair and washed the kettle but didn't had a new filter to replace!

The staff was very helpful, kind and friendly, including the owners Olivier and Françoise. Olivier would pass by dinner checking if things were in order and always had a smile on his face. The food was amazing. The swimming pool is very nice and the area very clean. The hotel location is perfect, near the town center, also in front of the skibuses.

The pool water was cool so only went in once for less than 2 mins. The jacuzzi and steam room are small max 4 people not adequate for the size of hotel. These are the only points which let the hotel down in my opinion.

The location was excellent, the hotel was clean and well presented. The bar was very quite so not much atmosphere on a night.

Spa zone and swimming pool are separated. There is no access to them from the adjunct building, so you have to dress/undress. No towels / lining change which is unusual for 4 star hotel. It's decent 3 star though.

Bed was great, staff is extremely helpful and positive.

Studio room was a bit cramped. Kitchen was behind a cupboard in the hallway which looks fine on the photos but in reality can be a bit impractical and cramped. We were just two adults in the room, I think if you had two kids as well it would be very tight.

Clean and comfortable room. Very quiet. Plenty of parking. Nice bar and restaurant in the main hotel building. It was what we were looking for. Don't let my negative comments make you think this isn't a nice place - just be aware that the room is quite small and the kitchen really is just for snack sort of meals.

Where do I begin.... the hotel’s location is spot on. It’s only 5 minutes away from the village on foot but there is a bus stop just in front of the property if you’d rather not walk or wish to go anywhere else. The proprietors Francoise and Olivier are absolutely charming and go the extra mile to ensure that they make their guests as welcome and comfortable as possible. The Staff is not only very friendly but also very obliging at all times. Finally the delicious cuisine needs a special mention. All in all this is definitely a lovely place to stay.

Staying during possibly the hottest summer days in August, the hotel still makes up beds with winter duvets! That's quite unbelievable as the duvets are so thick and heavy, it's impossible to sleep under them in summer. There were no option to just use a sheet cover or summer duvet. The mini-fridge was totally empty, considering there are no shops in 5 minute walk and all town shops close at 7-8pm, this is a huge oversight on the hotel part. Hotel's bar was also closed at 10pm, so you can't even get any water if you are not used to drink tap water. Once we left our room and put "Do not disturb" sign, the cleaner has ignored our wish, removed the sign, "cleaned the room", mixed our towels and dropped some of underwear we had drying on the towel rails.

Hotel has two pools and sauna facilities but we had no chance to try them during our stay.

The price is way too high for what the hotel offers, compared to other similar hotels in the area. What you get is a very nice room, a decent breakfast, and access to a very small spa area that needs to be renewed (you can barely fit 2-3 people in the sauna and steam bath). This is not a good hotel if you are a hard-core skier or if you go with friends, because the breakfast opens too late (it doesn't give you time to make it to the first lift), and the spa closes too early (7:30 pm - so if you ski until the end of the day and have an après-ski beer you miss it). And at 7:30 pm they will come and ask you to leave the spa. Location is ok, but not great, as you have to take a bus or drive if you want to go skiing or to town. Don't go for the buffet dinner, because it is not good value for money: it is quite pricey and quality is medium at best. Go to downtown Samoens, where you will find amazing food for equal or lower prices.

This is a good hotel for families. The staff is friendly in general. Rooms are great and very clean. The view is very nice. The spa is included in the price. There is lots of free parking.

Had a helmet and goggles stolen from drying room by outgoing clients. The security camera didn't cover the areas required so just our loss.! The restaurant food wasn't ideal. The chicken was medium cooked? And the entricote steak was very fatty...

Pool for the kids in the evening and A jacuzzi for the adults with steam and sauna. Nice hotel and good facilities. Staff very happy to help and provide a very good service. A very friendly hotel in all... Only 5 minutes easy walk into the village and the ski bus stops right outside the hotel in the morning and evenings. Ski bus ride only 5 mins to lift.

A bit far from the centre, if you wish to buy something to eat (like bread for breakfast) you need a 20 mns walk to come an return. The choice on the Menu at the restaurant was quite restricted and price really high. No sun on the balcony at all during the whole day while we had a wonderul weather the whole week. The kitchen was really small but oK for two I guess. Don't go to the swimming pool as from 04:00 PM as crowded of children and impossible to swim at that time.

Great swimmming pool, wonderful massage of good quality and not expensive. Very good food. Chalet (for two) was comfortable and well equipped;. Great bed and bathroom. Daily cleaning (included in the price). Staff very available, welcoming and helpful.

Unfriendly and unprofessional staff, from the reception to the cleaning staff. Expect to be chased out from the restaurant after 10 PM. Cold pool - open only until 7:30 PM. No WIFI. Two dead birds on our balcony. Quite a bus ride to the closest ski lift. There are some parking spaces but most of them snow covered - staff is not clearing the snow. We have stayed in many hotels in the Grand Massif area and this one was a disappointment. We would not recommend this hotel and we are certainly going somewhere else next time.

Modern bathrooms with bath robes and slippers. Nice jacuzzi and sauna (however very small). Breakfast buffet and dinner was OK (but very limited opening hours).
