The mattresses were very hard, beds not comfortable. There was no double bed - two singles put next to eachother, a gap in between. Same issue with the sofa bed. Not comfortable.

The two gentlemen at reception while we checked in and checked out were super kind and helpful. A good sized apartment, has almost everything you need for a long stay but some furniture is old. Kitchen and bathroom look renovated. Good location. There is a tram line going into the city and airport, stops very close to Adagio. There are supermarkets and a bakery also very close.

Although we were told the air conditioning had just been upgraded, it wouldn’t work. We asked for an additional fan but we were told it wasn’t possible.

The property was right beside the sea and right beside the tram with city centre only a few tram stops away. The staff were very helpful and very pleasant to deal with throughout the trip.

All went well from checking in with service desk through check out. We had big apartment, suited needs for family of 4, it included well equipped kitchen. Everything was clean. Aparthotel is located on the oceanfront with close access to tram and bus stops. Wi-Fi was brand new and lighting fast.

Stayed for 4 nights but cleaning was only once per week so wasn't cleaned during our stay. Kitchenette very basi and not well organised eg Microwave situated too high to safely remove heated contents. The WC was tiny - if you're a large person, forget it :)

Staff were very friendly, perfect location. Room blinds were fantastic and kept the room dark at night. Larger than expected room size. Comfortable bed. Easy connection from airport via No. 2 tram.

Need to give a £200 security deposit. They don't take it out from your card but have a right to if anything goes wrong. Never had to do this in the many years of travel and hotels. Not enough charging points in the rooms and the ones that were there were at floor level and hard to access. Room decor and furniture a bit tired and old.

The breakfast was reasonable, although I would appreciate more fruit and veg in the morning as there was virtually none. Other than that it was a good breakfast.

The room was a good size and well-equipped. The location was good, with nice sea views, and a very short walk to the bakery, supermarket, and tram station.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The room overseeing the sea is fantastic, you feel on holiday just by siiting in the balcony! The room was very clean, the kitchen was very well equipped. The staff were wonderful! Very grateful to Jerome and Anna for their kindness. H

The location was good for us. On our first 3 day stay we had z sea view room with a balcony which was excellent. The room was large and well equipped The breakfast was good. There were plenty good restaurants in the area. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

We have to pay extra for cleaning the rooms and the kitchen. And also have to empty dustbin before leaving the hotel.

The hotel is on the prime location and right on the famous street promenade des anglais. Just have to cross the road to ho to the beach. Wonderful location. The staff, receptionists Gaston and Vera were so much helpful and very kind, they guided us throughout our stay in Nice about trains, restaurants, tourists attractons etc.
