The garage to the hotel was not easy to find and we had to park in front of the hotel to start and ask for directions. The staff seemed quite used to this, so I was surprised that this information wasn't sent to us beforehand, along with the booking confirmation. An opportunity for improvement.

Room was spotless and large enough for an extra bed and a travel cot, without leaving it even slightly cramped. The crib had not been installed beforehand and staff were quick to bring one up and install it, given we arrived quite late in the evening.

Great location for any administrative issues at the Cour d'Appel. Good restaurants within walking distance. Room was quiet, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Check-in delayed by 15 mins. Bad smell in the toilet. On check-in every guest receives a reusable bottle of water: it smelled bad as well. Not comfy beds.

Perfect location: close to city centre, good view. Great bath and bathroom.

All very good, we had an executive room, but you can hear the next door neighbors like they were in your room. Thin walls. If neighbors are noisy at 3am that might be an issue for some guests. This is outside the control of the hotel really, but just to mention it, walls between rooms seem very poorly insulated. All in all I would stay here again, hotel is very nice overall.

Very central hotel , 3min walk from the cathedral quarter. Supermarkets near you and car park accessible from the hotel down. Nice and friendly staff. Spacious and nice rooms.

There is a good tram connection to and from airport. Takes 35-40 min. Tram station is only 3 min away. Can take you also to downtown area.

The location is perfect. The room was large and I liked a separate toilet. The hotel provides a water bottle at check-in which you can fill. The people were helpful and friendly. Good breakfast too. Good value

Housekeeping forgot to clean our room one day but by the time we returned at 3.30 we couldn't be bothered to say anything because we were going out again shortly. Our other criticism may not have been the fault of the hotel, but a taxi from the airport was 40 euros, including a tip, but from the hotel to the airport was 62 euros, a difference that was not accountable for by time or traffic. Possibly the hotel takes a commission, or we had the misfortune to encounter a dishonest driver.

The hotel was in a perfect location: it was easy to walk to all of the tourist destinations, and the rugby ground was a straightforward half hour walk. For those less mobile, the tram network is very good and right on the doorstep. Breakfast choice, most mornings, was excellent and there was usually enough seating. We also enjoyed one evening meal in the restaurant, which serves a French twist on tapas. Reception and restaurant staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
