A range of pillows but hard to find a very comfortable one. This was not too bad, but it might be better to have less variety and higher quality.

the hair dryer in the bathroom is annoying, only blows for 30 seconds than you need to let it charge and start again and so on; impossible to have a blow dry . I actually had a bad hair day so that was not great.

Great hotel for a night or 2; amazing location with great views towards Vieux Port or Palace du Pharo.

Room was a little too modern, lots of hard surfaces, not much charm. We planned on visiting the town, but les manifestations were right outside the hotel, so we just hit the road--Marseille, un autre jour.

Room was very hot and air conditioning seemed ineffective at cooling it down. We had mixed responses about cost of the car park. One receptionist said we had to insert our ticket and pay, a second said we had to insert our ticket and not pay but a third said that we needed a separate ticket to allow us free exit. Quite costly to park so glad we enquired several times!

Room was cramped when sofa bed was out . Bathrooms large with a lot of wasted space. Would be better to shrink the bathroom and have more space in bedroom. There wasn’t enough room to open 2 suitcases.

The pool was very cold and needs to be heated. The sun only slightly warmed the pool during the day and it was too cold to use after 4pm. There was also so many smokers at the pool, it really ruined it for those trying to relax. I wish they would ask smokers to only smoke in the upper pool area, so those who don’t want to be exposed don’t have to be. Also, rooms need more power/usb outlets. There was no where to charge our phones easily, and it’s really frustrating. Please put some USB plugs in the lamps or bedside tables.

Loved the size and layout of our room - There was plenty of space for 3 people. The breakfast was fantastic and had so many options. Location was great, close to town, buses and shops.

Decor in the halls, elevators and rooms was so tired and dated.

The staff were amazing and so friendly, the breakfast was amazing and all facilities and extras were also the best! The only thing I would say is that it's a shame the decor in the rooms and elevators is very tired. The hotel needs a make-over in the rooms and halls. The rest of the hotel was amazing!

The room was smaller than expected with a disappointing view (facade of an adjacent building). The shower space needs some renovation work.

Excellent breakfast buffet with view of the old port of Marseilles. The staff were super friendly and accommodating (we were allowed park our bicycles in the underground car park, as opposed to in the busy street)
