Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

very tiny bedroom, smallest bathroom we’ve ever been in chose hotel in part because it had a restaurant, no online indication restaurant was closed in august first time we’ve been asked for a £50 caution. no indication when we booked this would be required

Rooms can be quite hot, room has fans but no air con.
Good location, room reasonable sized. Bathroom quite small but functional. Tea and coffee making facilities in room.

The bathroom is tiny, unable to sit on the toilet comfortably due to where it was positioned. Toilet seat broken and cistern come away from the wall all due to it's positioning. Inconsiderate clients coming in early hours and talking on phone in the corridor. ( not hotels fault).
Friendly staff, clean room. Ideal location to resturants

Very disappointing – not worth the money The corridor was extremely narrow, and we could hear noise from the neighbouring rooms. The room was far too small for three people — you couldn’t even open the door if someone was sitting on the bed. It smelled unpleasant, was dirty, and the doors and shower hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bathroom had no space at all, with the toilet and shower crammed into one small area. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. To use the kettle, you had to plug it in while sitting on the bed — very unsafe. We stayed only 30 minutes before deciding to leave. I would not stay here again and definitely do not recommend this hotel. The price was far too high for the quality offered.

teh car park gates are locked till 8am, i had t o set off to catch le shuttle. Called teh number as no one on reception i was told "nothing we can do we open at 8am!" i insisted that i had to cath the le shuttle and this grumpy woman turns up 10 minutes later from THE HOTEL, moody becasue she has to get up and do her job at 7.30 am! lets be grumpy not teh factthat i culd miss mytrain!

Very noisy, from early in the morning the cleaning staff would talk between them very loudly. We had to ask them to keep it down as we were trying to sleep/rest. They apologised but started again the next morning as if they were on market place. The rooms are very small and the toilets are against the wall. Impossible to seat straight or even close the door. The only way you can close the door when using the toilet is by seating sideways. The shower wall was dirty, you could see it was not cleaned regularly.

Having been able to reserve online, I was phoned 5 minutes later to tell me they didn't have a room. They had booked me into another hotel.... Fast Hotel, which I consider to be of inferior quality. As it was late and I was tired I had no choice but to stay at the Fast Hotel. I had been assured by Comfort Hotel that the price would not be more. The following morning, in spite of the the prices published on the Hotel door, I was told that the prices had gone up and that I had to pay extra!

It was a twin room but smelt musty and beds were together like a double with no room to push them apart, had to get in one bed by climbing from the bottom so not ideal.

The room was tiny for a family of 4. The bathroom was also tiny. The shower was broken so had to hold the shower head, otherwise it kept dropping down. Expensive for what it is.
The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly. Comfortable beds. One night is the maximum i would recommend.

The room was too crowded there was almost no space to walk or leave our suitcases. The toilet was tiny and pretty uncomfortable. The shower was big enough for my 12-year-old son but not for my daughters or myself. The room was pretty warm and there was only 1 fan. As we were on the ground floor sleeping with the window open wasn't an option.

The lock of air conditioning on the rooms. No exterior light by the reception area.
The eclosed parking and the staff friendliness. The complementary coffee and tea were very welcome. The location near the motorway is an added advantage.
