We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaMy room was facing the street. Across the street there was a Bart/nightclub. So you could hear the music at night until 2 AM. I just had to use my earplugs.
The hotel was very clean and a good size room for one to two people. Excellent location for walking and sightseeing. It was very easy to get in and out by using the code. I would definitely stay there again.

CanadaNo elevator to the 5th floor for the Ciel room but that was noted in the listing so not a surprise. Construction was going on in building but never bothered other than stairway was dusty. 2nd bathroom was locked for some reason and had to contact host to get a key for us to unlock it. Not enough toilet paper.

SerbiaIt can get loud during the night since that in the front of the building there are a lot of bars with loud music open till 3am. Also the elevator is veeeeery slow 😅 but it works. There is no closet.

Saudi ArabiaAt weekends, there are noises coming from the bars where the hotel is located. closed windows would not help. However, it’s not loud. If you are a person who is having deep sleep, you would not hear anything. I would like to mention that the room service frequency should be less than three days.
The location is fantastic, just few steps from the Croisette and the beach. We stayed at PALME room. The room’s space is fair enough, and it’s clean and tidy. We checked in and out by ourselves, just followed the instructions of the host, and everything was fine. Room service is available every 3 days to change the bed sheets and towels. I would recommend this hotel if you need to be in the heart of Cannes.

SwitzerlandThe best and worst thing about the apartment is the location. Being so central, it is right in a small street with clubs and bars, so expect noise until very late at night / early morning.
The place is rather basic, however good value for money. The key system is quite efficient. Perfectly central and in the plain middle of bars, restaurants and shops, and next to the beach.

NetherlandsThere was a bar with loud music opposite our room ‘Palme’ until 4am, even if you close the windows you hear it. The shower wasn’t clean had some dirty orange stripes on the floor side. I texted the contact person from the property via Booking message and email but they were not answered. I had to call them.
The studio has good facilities anything you need and the location is not bad near the beach, a walk to old center is around 15 min walk.

United Arab EmiratesComing from Dubai, we normally have very high standards but honestly I was pleasantly surprised, its a LOVELY property, newly refurbished, tastefully decorated, immaculately clean,spotless bathroom, lovely crispy bed lenin, I stayed at the Turquoise room that was perfectly adequate in size and has every necessity you need. Check in was very smooth with access codes, literally a few steps away from the sea and all the luxurious boutiques on the Croisette . Rue d'Antibes , the main vein of central Cannes was just around the corner, the hotel is walking distance from all the major attractions in town, lots of bars and restaurants close by, I definitely found my home in Cannes for all my future visits, I strongly recommend this property since I've had a fantastic stay....way to go guys...thumbs up !!!!

TurkeyThe towels they originally provided was stained and not in good shape but they changed them right away after my request. They need to add drawers or more clothing cabinet.
The apartment was well designed, well-lit and greatly located at the center of Cannes, one street behind La Croisette in a street with lots of bars/restaurants. It is a quite place despite the hustleand bustle right outside. Kitchenware was in abundance and nice quality. They had iron-ironing board. So, you have the advantages of having a fully-stocked apartment. They do not have a reception or receptionist, but the communication with Veronique was superb, fast replies and very accomodating. Wi-fi worked great.
