We arrived late at night, after the free shuttle had finished, and walked 30 mins from terminal to hotel. It wasn’t an easy walk and hard to navigate in dark. Recommend just paying the steep taxi fare if shuttle is unavailable!

We stayed for 1 night after arriving into Toulouse late at night. Upon arrival, night porter was incredibly helpful in arranging the free shuttle to hire car pick up in the morning, and even went so far as to check on us proactively in morning to check we had everything we needed. The room was really spacious, clean, tidy and modern facilities. It was phenomenal value for money and perfect for our short stay.

Limited options on what to do outside the hotel, as it’s close to the airport. Although now there are a few restaurants nearby. No swimming pool.

Shower pressure was a little weak but certainly adequate. That said, we were on the top floor so that may have affected the water pressure. Otherwise couldn't fault it.

Hotel "suite" booked for four adults to share before early airport flight. Room had large fold out sofa/double bed in the lounge area with separate bedroom with full king-size bed and large wardrobe. Both rooms had televisions. Large bathroom with full bath and shower and kitchenette area in the lounge with sink and fridge. Very clean. Five minutes from airport with free shuttle (although we didn't need it). Friendly, multi-lingual staff. Would definitely use again if flying from Toulouse. Aircraft noise was audible but not intrusive.

Our room was spotlessly clean and very spacious, complete with a kitchenette. The beds were huge and comfortable. We arrived at the airport after 10 p.m., and a complimentary eight-seater vehicle was waiting to pick us and other guests up. The staff was also very friendly. Another bonus was the generous check-out time of 12 p.m. We only stayed for one night, but next time we need accommodation in Toulouse, I would definitely choose this hotel again. Would you like to make it more formal, or perhaps add a specific recommendation for other travelers?

Excellent, helpful and friendly staff, excellent and punctual airport pick-up. Plentiful breakfast. The apartment was lovely, lots of space and a well equipped kitchen. There was one slight issue with the bath which was quite slippy and potentially dangerous for an older person.

The cleaning needs improvement. We needed a cloth and dishwashing gel since we were asked to clean the used dishes. The key chip did not work, luckily the maid was around. There was only one person at the reception and we had to wait a bit. The walls and the ceiling seemed strange to me: a concrete gray, unpainted. I didn't resonate with this concept; it felt like it was in a garage.

Our goal was to sleep before the flight and to be close to the airport. We didn't hear any noise from outside. The rooms were big enough for a short stay. The bed linen was clean, the rest corresponded to the description. We appreciated the free shuttle bus service to the airport.

The only downside is the location in an upscale industrial area. While near the airport, it’s about a 2km/30 minute walk to the terminal. My Saturday morning walk to the nearest tram stop was just as far. They offer an airport shuttle, but only weekdays with advance notice. There’s a fun pub adjacent and pizza restaurant downstairs, but it’s a long way to a cafe otherwise.

Clean and modern hotel had very well equipped rooms. My one bedroom suite was a truly excellent value.
