There was no remote or control to the a/c, we didnt ask as the weather was pleasant enough to not need the a/c but just for future reference.

The location was brilliant, 5 minutes from the metro station. The staff were very friendly, a particular shout out to Hassen he was very helpful. The room was very spacious and the amenities in there were to standard.

There really was nothing we didn’t like. The rooms and especially bathroom was small but we knew this already when booking this room. So all was fine

Ridiculously complicated online check in process. Online chat were absolutely useless, it seemed at one point that they were happy for me to cancel our booking completely, instead of assisting with checking us in. Eventually I liaised with the hotel directly who helped. Cleaning could have been better, they say you can pay “a nominal fee” for room cleaning yet refresh towels daily. Rather than clean towels daily, a massive impact on the environment maybe the hoover could be ran around the room or the sink in the bathroom tidied? Especially for stays of 4+ days like ours. PIN code system felt clunky, swipe card access control would have been a lot simpler and quicker experience for guests. It feel like this hotel went under, was bought out/leased by Sonder and a quick over night job was done to cover up the old hotel that once stood there. Certain parts of the hotel felt very dated and in need of some TLC.

Since it is located in the area of the Moulin Rouge, it can be noisy at nights but we expected it. For those who are not familiar with the Sonder philosophy, the cleaning and the breakfast system as well as the earlier/later check in/out methodologies could have been presented better on booking.

It was a great deal for the money we spent. The location is nice and close to several metro station. You can walk to the fantastic Montmartre neighbourhood and find amazing cafes there. You can also enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the Moulin Rouge street which is 500 m far from the hotel. You won’t regret it!

Not a lot.

The location was excellent, only 2 minutes walk to Montmatre village, but very quiet at night. The room was not as large as expected but big enough with good facilities and a comfy bed.

Air conditioning stopped working and was dripping. There was a really strange smell in the room and used water had been left in the room from previous guests and there was none in the refill cupboard in the lobby.

While the hotel appeared more attractive in the photos than it did in reality, the overall experience was still satisfactory. The room had a charming Parisian ambiance.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was wonderful, reminiscent of a classic Parisian chambre. The location was exceptional, situated on a beautiful street in Montmartre, offering easy access to everything one could need. Additionally, it was conveniently close to the metro, making it even more convenient.

The air conditioning kept leaking water every time I used it - I reported it 3-4 times and nothing was done and it kept leaking so I couldn’t use it. The room was wet because of the leak.

I stayed there for 4 days and I had same breakfast through the period . not even scrambled eggs or some sort of protein was served . I complained about this and nothing was done about it .

The minus point is the airconditioning didn't work and the bathroom floor was wet every time we took a shower. We didn't complain about this issue, so we don't know if they would have fixed it for us.

The hotel is at an amazing spot in Pigalle, close to the metro station. The room was clean, spacious (!), nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our 4 day trip. Checking in was easy and the staff was friendly. The street is a bit loud at night, but to be fair, you can't expect anything else from a location like this. This didn't bother us.

The location is great. I loved my view on the rooftops. My room faced the street and although the street is very noisy, it didn't bother me, it added some charm. At the end of the day, that is what Paris is about. Everything else was great, the stuff, the room, the cleanliness! will be coming back!

Just two days from arrival, we got an email inviting us to pre-book "housekeeping" at €30 a time! This means if you don't book this, you don't get rubbish bins emptied or towels changed. This is enough to stop us booking with Sonder anywhere else. We resented this hidden charge, which is far from "nominal" as stated on a sign at reception.

Loved Montmarte as a location. Our room was quiet despite the clubs and bars nearby, as our windows were double glazed. The blackout curtains were also excellent. The bed was comfortable with excellent pillows and quality bed linen. Loved being walking distance to Sacre Coeur and lovely cafes and shops. There are two metro stations very close although we used Uber which was also excellent. The little cafe opposite was fantastic with music, food and great service.
