Both room and bathroom were very comfortable and tastefully decorated, the bed was very comfortable, staff very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty, they even had juice press for freshly made orange juice. The little balcony was an unexpected plus we enjoyed very much. The restaurant serves excellent dinner. There's enough parking spaces for the guests. Would recommend to anyone who travels to Bastia.

The staff were amazing, very willing and helpful in a relaxed way. We were on a stopover and arrived late but enjoyed the nice bar on the terrace and the spa pool and garden the next day. The breakfast was good with a wide selection. The hotel is well positioned for getting out of the city to the rest of the island. The mood is pleasant and laid back. Enjoyed our stay.

Spectacular breakfast, with dedicated "egg chef", orange juice presser, crepes etc. etc. Excellent staff and service, who exceeded expectations after our ferry was delayed 4.5 hours to prepare something for us to eat and drink as the kitchen was closed when we arrived at 22:30. Unfortunately didn't get to use the spa facilities, but the breakfast alone is worth staying here for!

Probably to be picky I could say for the future if they can also build a pool outside. But really the place was just fantastic and everything to superlative

Magnificent location, food, service, rooms, and staff. Very easy to get to airport, city centre or beach. Spa and pool very clean and the place its self was peaceful and relaxing by just sitting in the garden hearing the birds or the water and admire the plans and the green around. Thank you for making our last 2 nights of our holiday amazing.

The important thing to be considered is a access to the beach - 10 mins walk but not very comfortable if you have to take it with the small kids.

We were given an upgraded room which was absolutely amazing as it turned out to be a suite and was luxurious. We were only there for 1 night but had lunch and dinner both of which were excellent. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful and we would certainly like to visit the hotel again.

Wi-Fi wasn’t strong even in the room.

Our room in Ostella was spacious nice & clean. breakfast was variety of selection my personal favourite was the freshly squeezed orange juice. Special thanks to Sarinya who provided my scrambled egg every morning very friendly with a big smile. my favourite concierge was Paola who recommended a beautiful places to visit in Corsica so professional & helpful.
