My room had a view of a wall and the kitchen ventilation system. Fortunately this did switch off at 10.00 and didn't come on at all in the morning. Breakfast was 12 euros so I didn't have it.

Good location in the centre of Mutzig. Comfortable beds, generally clean. Some private parking at the back. Not much choice in the restaurant but it was hearty Alsatian food.

There was no English menu which was promised in the room brochure. Also the staff in the restaurant only spoke German and not English so it was quite difficult to order food as they couldn't tell us what the dishes were in English. So we only ate in their restaurant once so that part of our stay was not so good.

Room lovely and clean and comfortable. Two of the staff made a very good try in communicating with us in English - many thanks for that. Martine was especially friendly and helpful and was interested in our activities and places we were going to visit.

The bathroom was a bit outdated, but still very clean and well equipped!

Hotel with character! Nice and welcoming entry. All personnel were very kind and the restaurant was good! The proximity to Obernai was great. We loved visiting the place during the Christmas holidays!

Hotel personnel was extremely unfriendly and even rude. No understanding of what custom service is about whatsoever. And the hotel only opens at 3 p.m. meaning no way to drop the luggage off at the reception upon arrival.

Restaurant is quite good. The only positive thing about it, by the way.

A very good value. The room was quite nice, very comfortable and warm. Hotel staff was very welcoming. The staff at the restaurant was delightful as they tried to explain the dinner menu to me. I ended up ordering venison--delicious!

No soundproofing. Skip room 201: it is right by the lift and is very noisy. WiFi didn't work at all so had to pay to roam. Chair in room had massive stain. Double bed was two singles made up separately and pushed together.

Location is right in the centre of town. Restaurant food is very tasty. Comfy bed.

The hotel is rather old, which you can see on the carpets, the wallpaper etc. - generally, it needs a general update, so dont expect any luxaries here. The beds are quite hard.

Nice location, in a small but beautiful and typical Alsace village. Good restaruant. Friendly staff. Small pool in the back, but nice and clean. Good (basic) breakfast buffet.

The decor (hundreds of stuffed toy bears everywhere, reminded us of our grandmothers' houses. Because there were so few customers, they closed their breakfast buffet. We were, instead, served a small breakfast, but were charged as f it were the full 12 euro buffet.

    Great bed. Clean.

They do not have an evening restaurant so you have to go elsewhere.

The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Good bathroom too.

An old hotel with lots of character, bathrooms modern and rooms comfortable. The staff were very polite, considerate and helpful.
