Staff were absolutely attentive. The location is amazing, near Garibaldi station, Port and beach walking distance to Old Town Nice. Area is safe to walk around at night near hotel, great bars and restaurants. Nice , hotel is just amazing. We are definitely coming back. Still do much to see.

Not a dislike but it is on a busy street so a lot of noise at night and very early in the morning for light sleepers

Children could hear the lift at night and it disturbed their sleep a little.

Lovely quiet room, kitchen was clean and well stocked and perfect for a family stay. Washer dryer was much appreciated. Staff super friendly. We will return for sure!

We had an amazing apartment with all the comforts of a high-class hotel. A small, perfectly designed and equipped kitchen. An extremely comfortable bed. Excellent location near the old city. Simply a pleasure.

Glass spiral staircase to mezzanine level, may not be suitable for young children to navigate

Located on a beautiful street with restaurants and art galleries within yards of the hotel, the Palais Segurane offers a great base to explore old town nice. There are 2 tram stations with a couple of minutes walk and the Place Garabaldi is 3 mins away with lots of restaurants. Try the Rue Bonaparte for a mix of restaurants and a lively atmosphere. There shopping area is a bit of a walk about 15 mins away, the beach about 10 so do be prepared for a bit of walking in the heat. The deluxe suite mezzanine which we stayed in was spacious and all the basics were covered, a decent size for a family of four , we never felt on top of each other. All in all ,a great hotel in a great location

We really enjoyed staying at the Palais Ségurane Boutique Hotel. The location in Old Town Nice was perfect for walking, seeing sights, and discovering restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is neat, clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed having a small kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. On a return trip to Nice, we will definitely stay there again.

Nothing to highlight her, just a recommendation that the need to somehow secure at least one parking lot outside the hotel for their guests to be able to stop for few minutes.

The tv had only French channels, no Netflix or other platforms. The staff wasn’t very eager to help.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a delivery to the hotel, and the staff accepted it while I was away and even brought it to my room. It was nice to communicate with the staff via WhatsApp for any questions I had. The hotel was recently renovated, and the room was fresh. The hotel has a cafe with quite good breakfast and lunch options.

Love that the suites have a mini kitchenette which means I can come back with the toddler who has food allergies. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They have a great breakfast menu and the location is within walking distance of sites and public transportation as well.

Excellent café/restaurant. The breakfast was a varied a la carte. The room was like a mini apartment perfect for a weeks work, close to the port and other attractions.

The spa is limiting. I do wish the amenities felt more accessible at the cost of what it is to stay there. The 40€ price tag for the movie theater, unfortunately, put us off as well. Although, it is a cool feature and a reason we selected the hotel, we didn't end up using it. The street noise from traffic can seep through the beautiful balcony doors/windows, but I found it charming. My husband who is a picky and light sleeper could tolerate it. We had restful sleep every night.

The staff were so excellent. They welcomed us straight away. We arrived at 10 am and check-in is at 3 pm, they were kind enough to take our bags and hold them (in a locked room, which we were pleased with) until our room was ready. It was 3 pm by the time we could check-in but it's a boutique hotel so that's expected. The cleaning service was top tier. No matter the time that we ended up leaving the room our housekeeper got in there to freshen everything up. The location was outstanding. You can access Colline du Chateau from the park entry across from the hotel and walking through Vieux Nice to get anywhere was awesome. There's a CarreFour (grocery) right around the corner, a pharmacy, and easy access to public transport. The area feels safe with buzz around the nearby cafes early in the AM to late at night. But it's not too noisy. The room was well appointed and comfortable with ample storage, at least for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young kids). The people were so friendly and made the stay outstanding.

Not knowing that breakfast only opens at 7:30 on Saturdays. We had to leave the hotel early and the lights were kept off in the breakfast area whilst 3 couples were waiting to have breakfast.
