Don't expect too much from the location. Be ready to spend at least 1 hour a day to get to and from the hotel. There are view Chinese products' grocery stores nearby and view Chinese places to eat.

Rooms have very comfy mattresses. Location - on a quiet street in the 13th district of Paris, just 3-4 min of waling distance from Porte d'Ivry metro station. It takes around 25 min to reach city center by metro and 20 min to get to Orly airport by Uber. Staff is super welcoming, breakfast is typical French with marvelous newly baked mini croissants every morning :)

TV was not able to connect to Netflix etc so you couldn’t log in and watch anything - all other channels were in French. We asked a few times but were told that it didn’t have an internet connection. Shower was very old and some rules had discoloured grouting Pillows too soft

The room was small The building is old and needs some rennovation, interieur repainting especially in areas like the stairs, the elevator, and in the room - in the bathroom and around the windows. The curtains had stains on them. I missed a water kettle in the room. The view was blocked by a high glass building facing to my room

We really enjoyed our visit. The staff was nice. The room was clean, the beds slept very well and the shower was nice and hot. In the lobby you could get free tea and coffee. The hotel was situated in a nice Part of the city with plenty of Asian restaurants that were very affordable and good. The metro is a small walk.

The entrance from the outside is low-profile I think. I missed it when I first came and went past it.

The room was appropriately equipped for my requirements. The bathroom was perfectly functional and clean. The tea/coffee corner in the lobby that was open 24 hours was very convenient especially later at night and early in the morning. All staff members were courteous and friendly and although I didn't know French, they could perfectly communicate and help. And the location is great for touring: Close to the tram and metro stops (I didn't use the bus so cannot vouch for that but I did see 83 and 27 passing by quite frequently).

Breakfast selections, some reception staff were inflexible when requesting late check out.

Breakfast was continental, staff were friendly and obliging. There could have been more variety, ie tomatoes, pickles, hot eggs etc.

The wifi connection at top floors did not allow us to connect to Netflix and YouTube as most of the channels are in French. However I appreciate the effort and empathy shown by Mohammed and Amine

It was difficult to find supermarket or store in evening times (only Chinese center). The breakfast is too simple, difficult to find food free from gluten (no vegetables)

While the hotel's proximity to a metro station is advantageous, it's worth noting that reaching some of the main tourist destinations might require transferring between two train lines.

Complimentary breakfast was a delightful experience, complemented by the warm and helpful receptionist. The cleaning schedules were well-organized and contributed to a pleasant stay.

The shower head did not stay upright. The main lamp did not Work. we have not reported until the check out and they told us that they have a person to fix such details.

Air-conditioning could work better and there is only 1 small elevator for like 100 rooms.

Good position, small room but ok for two nights trip. We spent most of the time out anyway. It was great that the room has bathtub.
