Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The upgraded suite that one of us got was phenomenal, with a conference table and Olympics posters. We called in the "Bond villain layer" b/c it had that vibe (this is a good thing - it was cool!). Hotel has some parking right in front which was super convenient once we figured it out.

AustraliaParking is the usual issue, none at the hotel, some on the street outside, but having been warned about break-ins we requested secure parking which was a 200m walk away and our car was fine there. Just bit of a juggle sorting out your bags when there’s no parking nearby.
The room was very nice, with double balcony doors so quiet even though it’s on a noisy street. Staff at the desk very friendly and helpful. We ate in the bar, there didn’t appear to be much close by, but the bar food was very nice. A short walk to the old city centre and entrance to the hike up to the Basilica with amazing views of town.

SwitzerlandIf you, like us, come with a car that exceeds 180cm height, then you might find it difficult to find parking near the hotel. We wer exceptionally lucky, as me managed to grab one of the three (!) hotel reserved places, which was even better as we arrived in the darkin pouring rain. It is of course not the fault of the hotel thatwe are driving a VW bus, nor can the hotel made be reponsible for who of its guestsuses these three spaces, but hadn‘t we had this enormous amount of luck our stay would have been marred.

United KingdomNothing but I do think you have to be very careful with secure car parking. Do not park in any car park with access to the public as friends staying at another hotel had their cars broken into by homeless people.
The hotel is centrally located, is very pleasent with great staff. It has a nice reception / bar lounge on the ground floor. The rooms were of a very high standard and spacious.

This hotel is very classy, clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast we had was the best we had on our 10 day France trip. We loved having an in-room fridge to keep our water cold. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend it!

SwitzerlandThe spa/ gym area is too cramped and feels too close to the lobby. I chose the hotel including a search critera for air conditioning and the air con was not operational because the hotel is in "winter mode" my stay was in May 2024.
Comfortable room, clean, wonderful Clarins bath products, kind and helpful staff, delicious breakfast. The best home-made-from scratch applesuace I have ever had in my life as part of the breakfast buffet! Honestly, most of the hotel deserves a 10/10.
