We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere was only two slight problems I found within our apartment. Firstly, the light in our apartment were so dim half the time we didn’t realise they were on. Secondly (and this is really picky) the plug in the bath wasn’t sealing properly so it was hard to keep the tub full whilst trying to relax.
We booked a room for two couples. Usually that means a room with a double bed and a room with two singles. This was the case but we also had the option of a double pull out sofa bed so both couples would be well suited. Reception and Kitchen was meant to close at Ten but when we arrived after a long day of travelling at 23:30pm we were still greeted at reception with a smile and they still made us a pizza to ensure we had something to eat. All the staff were very accommodating.

CanadaManager refused to turn on air conditioning even though France was suffering through record heatwave. He claimed that it would be colder next week! Laundry was changed to payment by phone app. That app is not available to North American phones. Room cleaning is not done until you leave.
Large room overlooking the back gardens was nice. Clean and comfortable. Short bus ride to Disney. Excellent buffet breakfast.

CanadaOur room wasn't cleaned when we came home in the late evening after a stay at Disneyland. No clean towels, no toilet paper, no soap. We were tired and couldn't take a shower or go to the toilet. Not ideal. Desk staff was so busy with other clients it took us more than an hour to receive clean towels form a room that wasn't booked for the night.

United Kingdom1- i was there for 5 days. no new towel..no new bedsheets. I did request for it but no one show up. 2-the fact that there was a kitchen net..Atleast you can make sure that there is one pot and one pan. if you have nothing to cook with what is the point having a kitchen net? the kitchen net is not properly clean..it stinks of old cooking oil no washing liquid and old gross sponge to wash yr cups 3-the breakfast for 11euros there is no vegetarian option. only a middle table serve hot food the choice of bakery was awful. overall breakfast was bad
