No coffee/tea/milk compliments. Coffee machine but no pods to use it. Had to walk the streets at 1am when arrived looking for a shop for milk. Room was slightly smaller than excepted from website photos. Thought we had booked a room with sofa etc and a great view.

Staff weren’t all that helpful, they booked me a car to take me to the airport and it was over 45 minutes late and I nearly missed my flight. I asked them to call several times to find out where it was and they responded it would be here soon, which was not very helpful

The bedroom's air conditioning was not working. It would have been a real problem if the days were a bit warmer (average max temperature during our stay was 16ºC). Minor details: - The floor in the bathroom was broken and some wall panels out of place. - The room cleaning could be more frequent (only 1 in 6 days).

Good location, 800m from Eiffel Tower and less than 400m train and metro stations. The size and layout of the apartment was great. The kitchen was very well assorted. Plenty of wardrobe space to organize the clothes, shoes and acessories. Overall, really good for a family of 3.

Air condition was not working...their ac are very dirty . Need to be clean.i have read alot of complains about air condition but still the hotel management is not working on it. We have complained this on reception but they said they dont know they will fix this problem or not. The room was very hot.

Location is perfect. You can easily access to many place like market, bakery, shoping mall. Also staff was very kind to us. Kitchen has everything what you need for cooking.

From the price and the advertising we expected the apartment to be much nicer. It was quite basic. A few specifics: - The dishwasher didn’t clean things properly as there was a problem with the catch on the capsule holder and it didn’t release the tablet - The shower holder was broken, meaning the shower was pointed directly at the wall and it was difficult to get under the water. - The apartment was advertised as having air con but it didn’t, only heat and room temp air through the vent. You wouldn’t normally need air con in winter but the hotel was very warm, and it wasn’t possible to open the window, so the apartment felt very stuffy. Guests need to be able to control the temperature in their rooms! The air system broke in our room and it took around a day, and a second visit to reception, before anyone came to reset it. The staff apologised for this, and the broken dishwasher, but didn’t offer any kind of discount or free breakfast etc. - There were no pods for the coffee machine, no tea bags, and the “free toiletries” were very basic (hand and body wash only). Given the price of the apartment we would have expected shampoo and conditioner, and some tea and coffee. - There were no housekeeping services unless you stay for more than a week. Again, given the price this is poor. Overall we were ok in the apartment and enjoyed our trip, but several improvements are needed to bring it in line with the advertising and the price.

The bed was comfortable and the apartment had a nice view of the Eiffel Tower. Soundproofing seemed quite effective as we couldn’t hear people in the adjacent rooms.

There is kitchen inside and the windows can not be opened in the rooms. So there is a bad smell due to this combination. It would be perfect if the windows could be opened.

The "fitness center" was a treadmill and bike and 3 single dumbbells (6kg,7kg,8kg) I was actually very disappointed here Shower was a trickle definitely needed maintenance Breakfast buffet was 18 Euro and a bit average

We asked for another duvet as the AC wasn’t working. There was only one small radiator and it was really cold. They didn’t provide the duvet as they said they didn’t have any left. They said they would bring a cot for my daughter and they never did. And the shower water pressure was really bad. When we tried to complain to the receptionist they said an technician would come the next day. Again they never did.
