The breakfast was very disappointed. Gluten free bread was hard, I couldn’t even bite the bread. No choice with other food so I end up with having yoghurt only. It’s better to have breakfast outside the hotel and this is what I did the next day.

The room was quite dark, did not have enough lighting. The elevator is very narrow and tiny, not ideal for large luggage.

Excellent location, right in the heart of the city close to many shops and restaurants and yet still very quiet at night. Very clean room with a lovely view of the street. Breakfast is good with fresh local products. Lovely decor. Reception staff are courteous and helpful.

You cann't reach the hotel by car, because the center is closed and the one needs a special code to drive through the barrier. So you have at first leve the car somewhere and then go by feet to check in

I found the dark paint in the room and bathroom made the space a little bleak! Maybe if I had asked for a room with a street view it woud have been more appealing but the dark room along with no view made the room feel a bit grim.

Super location, lots of shops and restaurants within the immediate area. Very friendly staff. Lovely decor downstairs. Clean and modern rooms. Very quiet at night.

There was a mosquito sharing the room with us and we got bites.

We booked a larger room and it was worth the extra. Full breakfast is very good though quite pricey. Express breakfast was better value. Beds are very comfortable and cleaning service very good. Lovely to be able to throw open the large windows and view city life all around. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is lovely and it's easy to get to all parts of Nantes, thanks to the excellent trams. It's 5 minute walk to Commerce where all tram lines converge. All public transport free at weekends. Plenty of bars and restaurants everywhere.

I didn’t lile that we need to ask for little extra like manicure kit or conditioner. Those things are expected in a hotel like yours without having to ask for it. I also didn’t like to see the price at the counter (standard price) was about 20% lower than the price i paid online

The room was quite small - you opened the door and were practically on top of the bed. The television was not working the entirety of my stay. The bathroom was oddly large in comparison to the room and down a long, dark hallway. The bath/shower was so high off the floor and deep that I found it awkward and a touch unsafe to get out of - even as a tall person - particularly when it was slippery, with no bars to grab to steady oneself. The location was in the middle of lovely shops, but there was no place nearby to get a morning coffee - so be sure to get the breakfast (which I did not). Do not bring a lot of luggage as the lift is tiny.

The balcony was nice, and bed was comfortable.

We arrived off a morning flight to drop our bags. We were told our room would be available at 2pm. We came back at 3:30/4pm and were told the room hadn’t been signed off yet, had to wait 10-15mins. not a biggie but this should have been ready for us by this time.

It can make a difference to replace the paper cups for tea and coffee in the room to real cups. I also had to ask whether the used cups and teabags could be replaced. Same goes for toiletpaper.

The location of the hotel is great, in the middle of the city center and yet very quiet. The hotel is wonderfully decorated and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They did their best to accommodate our wish to change the room of our children to a room with seperate beds. The breakfast is complete and remains supplemented with fresh products. Products are coming from regional providers as well.
