Lovely, cosy and clean apartment in a super location. Very secure, and wonderfully peaceful and quiet once inside. Adriana is a delightful host who is accessible and very responsive if you have any questions or need anything. Excellent value for money. The location couldn’t be better! I wish the check-in time could be a bit earlier and check-out at 11 am. I was extremely tired after a long flight, but she kindly allowed me to check in at 2 pm.

The apartment boasts an exceptional location, right in the heart of Paris. I enjoy leisurely strolls throughout the city, with numerous dining options just a stone's throw away. Additionally, convenient access to grocery stores ensures easy procurement of essentials such as water. The accommodation itself exudes tranquility and cleanliness. The host is amiable and promptly addresses any inquiries via text.

We were caught off guard that the room has a shared bathroom but that is on us, as we didn’t read the full description in detail enough when we booked. But it worked out great and Adriana was super accommodating.

It was pretty much what we expected, no real complaints.

This is a cool little place to stay, it's centrally located and our hosts were great. It's a flat in a very vibrant area, just steps away from any number of cafes and bars. Although we shared the unit with the owners, after our initial check in, we never saw them again! I'm not sure where they disappeared to but it sure seemed we had the place to ourselves. They provided a few snacks, coffee and made out stay super comfortable.

As we had no internet we didn’t know what floor to arrive on to leave our bags. Having 1st floor instructions would have been useful. The shared bathroom worked well although I was always conscious of making a noise or forgetting to unlock the hosts door from inside the bathroom after I locked it. Coffee machine was good but needed a little milk to be left for us to use and have coffee. Brand new tv had been installed. Hope the antenna is in place soon; plus although we couldn’t find Netflix, it really didn’t bother us as we were only there 2 nights! Suggestion to leave a Paris city map for orientation would have been valuable. And ideas for places to eat - breakfast, lunch, dinner to avoid the many many ‘tourist’ traps 🙃

Great location, location, location. Close to Les Halles Chatelet and easy to find. Codes for doors worked well. Bedroom was a good size and bed very very comfy for a double. Able to leave bags before checking in and checking out for a short while. Communication & information was excellent through What’s App, when we had internet. The property is spotlessly clean. Shies off at the door was a good strategy. Great host. Responds well to messages and is quite flexible.

The location was excellent. We walked from the Gare du Nord, it only took 30 minutes and was flat and direct. Our host Adriana was lovely and accommodating to our needs, she lives in the building so it felt safe. It was warm and light. Just everything that we needed for a lovely winter break.

Perfect location, central to really swanky bars / resteraunts; public transport links were exceptional too! Ordinarily I struggle with insomnia, but here I was fast asleep instantly - the bed was so comfortable. I enjoyed being able to take a bath, and enjoy chocolate left as an arrival present by our host :) she was wonderful, & went above and beyond allowing us to leave our suitcases with her after check-out on our last day whilst we explored Paris before catching our flight which we really appreciated. Stunning room, lovely and quiet! We would happily come here again. The apartment exceeded our expectations. 😊❤️

check in was a little difficult as we did not have a phone. so we received 2 codes to get in but then did not know which door was the place, she was waiting for us to phone or whats app to make further contact.

Nothing not to like! The internet was a bit precarious, but it worked.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Washroom was also beautiful and clean. Room was equipped with a hair dryer, makeup removers, coffee machine, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and kinder chocolates. Mini fridge, cutlery, and a plate were also available in the room. The owner even left a yoga mat in the room which I thought was very thoughtful. The location was on a busy street, but very close to lots of shops, cafes, and the Seine.

There is only one shared bathroom which means both of us have to lock the doors from inside (since it’s accessible from both bedrooms) when using it. It’s fine for a few days but could become a bit problematic if one’s planning on staying there for longer. No access to the kitchen included.

Superb location! The room was very cozy and clean and had lots of commodities like a fridge, toaster, coffee machine and water boiler. The apartment itself was also very beautiful, a Parisian old style building. The communication with the owner went smoothly and she was very nice!
