The staff and location were great. The area is calm and accessible by public transport. Nice neighbourhood with local businesses.

There were not elevator in one of the hotels part. There were fake fire alarm during one of the nights and no apology or small compliment for the inconvenience.

~ Elevator present, but very small. Good for one person and a bag. ~ Room and bathroom were super compact, though this was clearly communicated in booking. ~ No shampoo provided, only shower gel. May be a Paris thing. ~ Minibar did not refrigerate anything, just stored drinks. - Bathroom mirror was poorly lit and difficult to apply makeup with.

+ Very close to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. 15 min walk to the Paris Convention Center, 8 if you take the tram. + Convenient location in general. Tram directly outside, buses nearby, grocery, corner store, and laundromat <5 min away. + Air conditioning works great, which is a rarity in Paris. + Room was clean and comfortable. + Staff was super helpful, super polite, super awesome! + Surprisingly decent and varied continental breakfast available.

Personally, didn't find the beds comfortable at all, I was waking up every few hours my back was in bits - pillows were way too soft and not supportive so my neck was suffering too! The room was incredibly small, to be honest, especially the bathroom, had more legroom on my flight than I did on the toilet! That being said, I'd still go back if I got a decent enough price

Friendly staff, absolutely brilliant location for Paris Expo Porte De Versailles, 10 minute walk maximum. Loads of restaurants etc. in the main street around it, supermarket and shopping centre directly behind the hotel. Minibar in the room was reasonably priced. The hotel has great air con which is exactly what you need after a day in 35 degree heat and it turns out that's not the norm in France at all!

The room was smaller than we have expected, a little bigger than the bad, but we have managed.

All transporation ways near by and easy to reach. The room was very confy and clean; hot water ans nice staff.

Windows could be made to isolate a bit the noise of the street (minor problem and no real issue)

Rooms are cozy and well-distributed. For the good rates that you get, it is by far an excellent pick for Paris and I will definitely come back. The personnel was also amazing and the breakfast was quite good. Good location, near to a metro and tram station, and a good choice of restaurants nearby.

As said in other reviews the bathroom is very small. The room in general is small, but if you came to spend time in Paris, and not in the bedroom, this is not an issue.

I just wanted to say how welcoming and helpful all the staff were from reception to housekeeping. All had a smile and a greeting and offered their help. When travelling alone I really notice and appreciate this.
