Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyThe first room we were placed in had a running water problem in a neighboring room and instead of swapping us initially they had us wait while they called their plumber. When it was established that the noise would not cease they eventually swapped our room out. They could have prioritized guest comfort more quickly but everything was resolved. This process was annoying but ultimately these things happen, not a big deal.
One must come with the appropriate expectations, this is a 2 star budget property and for that, our stay was pleasant. We only needed a place to shower and sleep and this was an adequate choice on a smaller budget.

United KingdomI was not expecting high standards and was aware the rooms would be small. Unfortunately the rooms were dirty and looked like they had not be cleaned at all. The bathrooms are too small and old and not fit for purpose. I am pregnant therefore could barely fit in the toilet and felt claustrophobic so had to keep the door open.

United KingdomThere is nothing I didn't like but I would advise the owners to install a few grab rails in the bathroom for the added safety of elderly guests.
Secure, gated accommodation. Who needs 5 star luxury at 5 star prices when all you need is a clean, comfortable room in a secure building. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

ThailandThe rooms is little too small but the major problem is that the room we had was on the ground floor & the floor was wet 24 hrs maybe water fm ground getting into the floor of the room . The blanket have holes maybe some insect bit it . The walls have black moles on it . Often a result of condensation cause the room is always wet .
The breakfast is acceptable for the price we pay for the rooms .

The 1st room we got given had an infestation of ants, but the man at reception was very polite and helpful and changed it with no questions. The 2nd room was better, but neither had air con so we bought a fan from local shop and the rest of the stay was adequate.
