When I checked in the second time, they didn't give me any instructions on the wifi or how breakfast worked as it was included. Corridors and stairs leading to the room look dirty AF. the room doesn't really feel clean either but for the price I wasn't expecting too much. Bathroom is miniscule! Walls are made of paper as you can hear everything happening in the rooms and corridor near you! Also found my door unlock after being cleaned!

Great location and not expensive. They also tried to check me in early, but they only had a double with single beds ready and not a double bed. Decent breakfast.

The room was not very clean, the carpet of the corridors was very old and extremely dirty. The bathroom is tiny, it is very difficult to have a shower. The Hotel needs a Renovation.

First impression when you enter the Hotel everything seems OK Then when you take the lift a disaster, the carpet is black dirty, when you entered the room there were on large panel removed from the ceiling that shows pipe and darkness, really scary. When I ask to even change the room or post out the situation to the staff" he answered they are doing some work" There was not any heating during the night , I arrived at 1Am and felt cold the all night. In addition the hotel in general is really noisy, you can hear everything single guest in the other rooms..I could not sleep..you always thing that someday come into your room. I check the heater everything is cold..no access to thermostat in the room. The bathroom was small, I keep knoking myself everywhere

The welcome staff really polite and smiling I like the fact that I came at 1AM and the receptionist were there smiling and welcoming I love the fact that my friend were able to.meet me at 5Am in the room too..she was guided by the receptionist The shower was hot that was conforting after a really cold night

It was smelly and the floor was so dirty. Carpet in the hall way need to change and the floor in the room was so sticky you have to wear your shoes when you walk around in the room. Bathroom was so tiny you can’t even move in there and the sink was not clean 🤢

I am a tall guy and the shower and the bed were small. Was hoping for a plug next to the bed also which i sleep on my left side. Also the price as I know a big event was there but the price was over the top compared to regular days.

The carpet was dirty, and the room was dusty. The fire alarm went off in the afternoon then around 3 am and this could not be fixed. The size of bathroom was just tiny, nit able to breathe inside. The breakfast was poor, no available plates. The toilet was blocked so when reported it was not done then at my return I had to tell them again.

I did like the staff, the size of beds.

No tea or coffee making facilities, paper cups in the rooms instead of glasses, and rooms are extremely basic, and in urgent need of updating. But were clean, staff were friendly, and, for what we paid, was above and beyond the price of the room.

Hotel was easy to find, and the staff were very helpful, sorting out our parking, and ensuring rooms were close together. Location was amazing, right in the centre of town.

Poor wi-fi. Toilet easily blocked. Slightly indifferent service at check-in: definitely not friendly. When I passed the reception later in the evening and was waiting for the lift, the phone was ringing for a long time with no-one coming to answer it. But the main problem was a horrific experience with two members of the cleaning staff before check-out. My reservation stated check-out was by 12 noon and this is also what was written on the room door. Staff knocked on my door three times before this time demanding I left before 12 noon. The second time the staff member tried to open the door when I was in the room. The final time the staff member used the familiar 'tu' form with me; so inappropriate. Probably the worst customer service experience I have had at any hotel ever,

Too small. Bathroom is a joke. Common areas are very old and unclean. Corridors very dirty and really bad small. This hotel could be more successful as a Escape room type experience. Breakfast is also bad. No fruit whatsoever! No cups for espresso, not a lousy croissant. Incredibly bad. Even bread runs out. No one there to refill.

As with many of the Prem' Classe hotels, the 'modular' shower rooms are very poor. I understand the problem of putting shower rooms into city centre properties but these tiny one-piece plastic units are not pleasant to use and there is no reason why they should exist in purpose-built properties.

Excellent location for city centre. My room was very quiet. The weather will be a lot hotter than it was during my stay. With no a/c or even a ceiling fan, the room will be uncomfortably warm.

The carpet on stairs and corridors needs changing: very old and dirty. The lift makes a sound every time it arrives at a floor: this bell needs to be turned off as it is loud and unnecessary. Shower/ toilet room a bit small but does the job. Would be nice to have access to tea/ coffee making facility.
