Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Getting charged taxes and parking around 20 euros. On booking. Com it said taxes included when I paid and never said you get charged to park

A kettle + hot drink facilities in the room would have been appreciated, but they did sell hot drinks on reception. No safe or secure facility in the room that we could find either.
Staff were friendly and helpful, they spoke English which was excellent as my French is extremely limited. They explained the key cards, and how to get in and out of the gates to the hotel. Staff on reception 24/7 which was nice to know. The room was okay, beds were fine for 3 nights. Bathroom was basic but big enough room to do what was needed in there and shower. For the price I cannot fault and I would stay again! The rooms were very quiet, I couldn’t hear anyone in the other rooms, it was only slightly noisy as a group of school children were on a trip so you could hear them running down the corridors, but this was not the hotels fault.

The wifi wasn't working. Not a big deal and we did not ask how to solve it. So it could've been resolved if we would have asked, probably.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, enough space, decent bathroom and good shower. Close to Disney, restaurants, shops and train station. A hotel for Disney visits. Good if you want an air conditioned room, a shower to freshen up and a hed to sleep. No luxury but value for money for sure.

The introduction of the parking fee is a little disappointing, but understandable, given all the hotels near DLP, now seem to be bringing these in. Will need to factor this in vs a Air BnB next time.
Perfect for an overnight stop over. Arrived late then headed to the shops in the morning. We got a good night sleep.

The plug was totally blocked in the shower, so we were left swimming in dirt. The staff weren’t the friendliest.
The room fit us all in. It was clean.

Very, very basic. Shower room like a caravan. No kettle, water etc in room. One flat pillow each and uncomfortable mattresses. Wasn't pre-informed of charge to use the car park!
Easy to find from airport. Quick check in. Macdonald's round the corner to grab some food after a late arrival.

Charged for hot water for a cup of tea, tried to get us to hand over of our ID (passport/driver's lic) to borrow a hair dyer that was stated as being part of room features!!!

A cheap and very cheerful hotel, it’s just a little 5 minute walk to the train station and only 2 stops from Disneyland… (£2 euros per person trip) so 10 mins to Disneyland and prefect quiet safe location… travelled with just me an my 3 children and we loved it x

Was not advised of car park charge. Last time we stayed at this hotel there was no charge. Only 8€ for the night but helpful to be informed before. Room we had was opposite elevator. Noisy all night!

To enter the hotel you have to walk around the car park, it needs a walk way near the roundabout. Bathroom was very small

Its very basic place to stay so its really what you pay for, personally I have no complaints.
Value for money - decent place to stay for the price paid. Close to station which has Disneyland 2 stops away and also has direct train to Paris city.

the doors to other room, that felt weird, behind them there were another door and if we would open at the same time we would see each other (at least that's what it looked like), I didn't like it and it didn't feel safe. if I would be alone as a woman I would be shitless scared, I still put a chair behind them...
Very clean and only 10mins of walking to the train station, it's small but great for the price :)
